It would be cool if Michelle could get 2 (or 3!) wins at Zmax. That's the hard thing about a lot of rain and then sun. The sun wicks the water up to and through the surface. PRP used to have that problem.

Weather is nice and hot, Saturday team race in town.... Funny no rain in months but Saturday has 50% chance...... Monsoons are coming we HOPE.... Need rain, can race on any other day ...... I'm not worried weather in AZ is a crap shoot , 50% means in will not rain ..... If the weather said 30% do not even think about going.......

Everything is back in the race truck and it's alive again. No issues and feels good. Took it on a little test around the shop and it tried to swap ends on me. The trans is real responsive. Found out the put a new Griner selenoid on it so that should help my reaction times. All in all Hughes did a great job for a very resonable price. Next race is July 18 and 19. Gotta make up some lost points. Marty says if this doesn't improve the performance he's goin to fire the driver. No more excuses.

Another day----the help at the facility leaves something to be desired on weekends so I was there later than usual---one daughter came in at 6am and another is there now and I am getting ready to go back....not much change that I could see....Tornado hit near here last night, thats all I would need right now.....I started my race car this morning and let it warm up, took the truck out of the garage, and let the motor home run awhile. We're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave!
The temp is up, the humidity is up and the fire danger is up. SoCal isn't much fun right now and unlike AZ it's not a dry heat. If it would only turn to rain we would get a little respit from all the dangers.

Mornin' all! Man, Floyd, I really wish we could send this stuff west. Saw on the news this morning we are over 7.1" of rain this month. Average is 4.3". Out of 11 events at PRP, only 4 got to run. Be careful out there.
