Went to the Pirate game last night with my dad, always good to see a win. And the Bucs ties the Cards again for first, woo hoo! You all have a great weekend! Ice cream time!

Good Evening All;

Hoping all of you'se guys are doing well.

Not much happening here. Had a few days of messing with the generator on the motorhome. The one we use at the track. Pretty much had it disasembled before I discovered I might have been reading the oil level incorrectly. Put everything back together, changed the oil and filter, and messed with it awhile again, and it finally started to run without holding the start switch down. Didn't have much to do anyway, so it is all good.

Had a visit with my Primary Care Doctor today. Had a physical. Don't know if it is good news, or bad. Other that the Colon Cancer of the Liver, I am in perfect health, and should live forever. My Oncologest tells me he probably can't cure me, but has a good chance of keeping me alive until I die of something else. I hope he brought his lunch, because it is gonna be a long haul for him. I will probablly outlive him. I do have a few aches and pains, and some other minor issues, but most are caused by the chemo, so now I have to start doing chores and honey-dews around the house. You should have seen Ol' what's her name's face light up when the Doc told her. I could see the list growing by leaps and bounds. Just what I need.

Anyway, I need to rest up so that I have the energy to go to bed. I need the rest so that I can come up with a good reason I am too weak and sick to do chores.

Mornin' all! Couple of beautiful days here before bracket finals, and hopefully that will extend into the race days. Doesn't matter to me, I'm just cheering on Team PRP and my buddies. I can do that rain or shine. More comfortable to do it dry though.

Ken, I am starting to believe you may go out with your boots on, and socks off. That is, of Peg doesn't work you to death first. Just reading that makes me want to take a nap.

Morning gang...beautiful weather, my fav time of year!!

We had a blast, thanks Chuck, kids had so much fun...the race track family is so cool, the kids going from pit to pit doing their thing, Madi getting to love on all the babies in our pit all wknd being a little Mom... good stuff! Freak part failure 4th rd, the delay box/tstop timer shut off right before I pulled on track but Rick got it back on then apparently it cut off again right past the 60' giving me .08 faster et than I thought-long story & took a while to track it down but at least we know what happened now. Sent the box off for repairs & we'll go after it again. Happy with the results taking a knife to gunfight, 3k lb sst car in sg lol, would've been cool to win in 3 classes tho. sending hugz to my #1 fan Floyd, thanks for staying in touch with me all wknd!!

Looking for a new trailer. Marty found somebody that wanted our 28' Pace more than we did. I'm thinking a 32' bumper pull or a 40' gooseneck. We need a little more room for the old hay truck and UTV.

Mornin' all! Over center day for most, Friday for me. Bracket finals start tomorrow, and I'll be cheering my buddies on, and working for the track a little doing one of the water boxes, or whatever.

Need my Buccos to shake out of this offensive slump. I really want them to win the division. Playoff tickets went on sale this morning, but I don't think I'm going to have much luck trying to get some.

So the guys that were going to by our trailer didn't show on Wednesday. They called and said they would be by Thursday or Friday. So I get to thinking, we have this trailer just like we want with all the extras. I f we sell it to get a bigger one we have to start over with the winch, the extra cabinets, the generator, the AC, all the hangers, the fuel jug racks, the tool box, the extra d rings, etc. I call Marty this morning and told him tell them they are too late, I changed my mind, we can get along with the 28' like we have for 6 years. He said, dad, they are hooking it up as we speak. Damn! I shouldn't have slept on it. I shoulda gone with my impulse. Okay, we are in the market for a bigger trailer.

Good luck on the search for a new trailer,and I saw on another thread someone meantioned Chris Barker,if you deal with him you will be very pleased with the experience he and his family are super honest folks,known Chris his mom and dad forever and they are the same folks that they where from back when we first met,just tell him Mike Hawks said to give you that old Hawks deal,he'll laugh and say old Mike,he's a mess........................... .......................................
