Michelle the drag racing teacher, luv it. You've got the right attitude and you're making sure your kids have it too. We can't always win and there's no sense in beating yourself up when you lose.

Christine, I'm proud of ya! If you had of told me ahead of time I could of used some frequent flier miles and come to Florida. I've got a brother in Punta Gorda and a couple of friends scattered around there.
You have yourself a wonderfull time.

Thinkin' pretty heavily past day or so and several things have come to light that make me think my problems may be a doctor related as my primary care physician has had me on 240 mg. of high blood pressure medication and my blood pressure has not been over a 100 in past year or more! My cholestrol has always been fantastic according to my G.I. specialist. Thinkin' that after angiogram is complete that doctor and I may be having a "heart to heart" talk with me asking for my records as I will likely be changing primary care physicians if my suppositions prove correctly! Will know more late Monday or early Tuesday of next week as angiogram scheduled to take place in Scottsdale at 1:30 that afternoon! I would think my current primary care physician has passed the "praticing" stages in his medical
career!

Morning,Guy I change prim.phys.every five yrs.just to keep them honest,sometimes,I honestly think they get to sadisifed with their treatment plan and miss alot of things,so when you go back to your old Dr.or go to a total new one they have to do a total new review of your health.

With all the different health issues I have,it's always something,and for me,I have found it works for me to do this changing from Dr.to Dr.plus it makes the new Dr.or even the old Dr.excited to have a new challenge,eveytime you come in as new patient.

Well ya'll get with it it's fri.next wed.is the last day of dog days,so maybe we'll get some of this heat out of the way,but for now work with the AC and stay cool,better times to be out is coming,and then we'll make waves.......... ..................have a gooden and prayers all around,and see ya'll in a bit........................

I almost hate to say it, but I feel fine as frogs hair. I'm sorry for my friends whose body's are giving them fits. I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones that's got good genes and wears good jeans that no matter how I abuse myself I come out okay.

Hi Mike!

All the doctor talk, and Goob's post, and finding out that the cause of my friend and co-worker Paul, who passed at only 30 in November, was a heart attack, I gotta get in better shape and get healthier. I'm doing good, feel fine, but know it can be better. I don't want to miss a thing. Paul's birthday was yesterday, and his wife is having a hard time. I'm going to raise a glass to them once I'm at the beach.

Mannie found one of the dogs yesterday evening with a baby rabbitt in its mouth,he took it away from the dog,and tried to save it,but the damage had been done,so he gave it a proper buriel,and was really mad a Mom's dog,he said she needed to go to jail,so he conmenced sitting up some panels of wire in the corner of the garage to put the dog in,but the dog seemed to know what laid in store and kept escaping,so needless to say the bad dog,didn't pull but 3 minutes of a life term in jail,kids they are great,fuel for heart,them kids are sumething.................... ............................................................

Hi Mike! That's a great story... I can just picture Manny's determination to put the dog in jail. They are great fuel for the heart, and that's one of the best things about next week, I get to spend the whole week with all 7 of my nieces and nephews, from 2 months to 16 years old.

I'm off, gotta get this day done. You all have a good weekend. Safe travels Christine, enjoy Florida. Guy, you're in my prayers for the heart look see next week. And always, especially this Sunday, when she would have turned 8, thinking of Nikki.

Talked to the head guru today and he said my motor wasn't happy. I had a "bunch" of broken springs and some detonation issues. T&D said my rockers were fine and Comp rebuilt the lifters just because. The head guru said I better get it on a dyno before I run it again.

Went to my rectal, I mean retina specialist for my annual checkup and he said my eyes are doing fine. Good. Detached retina surgery 2 years ago and cataract surgery 1 year ago. That's more than I ever wanted. Everything is cool on the home front. Wish it was the same for all my friends.

Went over to my boys yesterday to visit "my" trailer. Put an AC unit on it. Not that I get to use it, but when I go with him at least I can stay cool.

All packed and ready to go! A very full day! It's Nikki's birthday and Karen had her party at the Pottery Playhouse and we all did something in memory of Nikki! Missing sweet Angel girl!

Leaving in the morning for West Palm. My last task of the day, took the Mach1 out and threw a fist full of glitter out the window for all our Angels that we are missing! Have a date with the ocean, one more wish to fulfill for Mark!

You guys are the best! I'm okay, getting better because I have the best family and the greatest friends!! See you all when I get back!
