Good evening and happy Thanksgiving eve to everyone. I took yesterday and today off to get a few things in order for tomorrows family day at our oldest daughters home. 2 20lb turkeys in dry brine prep, resting in the fridge since Sunday. Looking like we'll be having one heck of a feast.

Should be buttoning up the last few things for my trailer Friday and Saturday. Picked up a TPMS from EeZRV last week for the trailer. A couple of wiring bits, adding a few straps and hold downs for the loose items inside. Should be making the 2'ish hour trip in a couple of weeks with the car for a checkup and have it running/driving again. 7-8 years sitting on the sidelines appears to be coming to an end. Barring any unfortunate setbacks, We'll be racing again soon....

Y'all have a great Thanksgiving....

Ride up to Piedmont Fri or Sat and see the foot brake race. Might be chilly but other wise looks like good weather. Also on Motormania TV.

I have $300 worth of TPMS sitting here doing nothing---to late!

Everyone have a good Thanksgiving and drive safe!

Good luck at Piedmont Fern. Hope ya bring home the hardware. In between my chores tomorrow and Saturday, I'll try to check in on the Motormania feed.

Oddly enough, I didn't even think about looking around for a used TPMS. LOL. As much as I seem to stress over spending money, that would have been a good idea.

B King,, I saw your post on the other thread from Vegas. Congrats on making rounds yesterday. Keep us posted.

Just got home from Piedmont. Had a great couple of days, won a few rounds, won some money, saw a ton of friends, and made some new ones. Could have been a bit warmer but hey, its almost December. Thanks to the Walton family for having this race. Everyone stay safe.

Good evening y'all. I hope everyone's had a great Thanksgiving weekend. I'm still making headway on getting my racing back in gear. Small steps are still progress. Hopefully I can make more of that this week. Only thing I see getting in the way is daylight losing time. Thinking I may be pulling out my old tripod flood lights again.

Fern, I watched some of the Motormania feed Friday. Saw your 2nd and 3rd round wins. Glad you picked up some money from the weekend.

B King, looking over the Vegas thread, looks like you and your son did well and whupped some arse out there. I don't have experience behind the wheel of a big wheelstand like you described, but watching them is always a treat, barring any damage or an aborted run.

Y'all have a great week.

BTR69 glad you saw that. You got to look quick to see me win a round. Went up to Annapolis, MD Tue to take care of some business. Had a nice visit, and a fine dinner. Can’t beat that area for seafood. So thankful for EZ pass and express lanes. Probably saved 4 hours up and back using these as they go about 45mi South of DC. One place was backed up 15 mi on the regular road. Everyone stay safe

I saw a run with a win Fern!
Looked a little squirrelly at the launch but got the win.

Hope everyone is well.

Been 5 days since anyone posted here so I'll bore you with my last 5 days. Not much! Got all the lawn stuff stored for the winter, race car parked in the warm garage till next year, 1 1/2 acre of leaves taken care of, and motor home readied for winter. Going to Farmington tomorrow for their Fall flea market to see if I can find a good deal on something I don't need. Floyd hope you are good. Everyone stay safe and stand up for your country. These are scary times.

BP, I hope you get over that soon. My wife dealt with it for a year. Steroid shots in her heel, I can't count how many different shoes and insoles we bought. Crazy what we spent until it finally cleared up. Being an RN and on her feet constantly made it much harder to get rid of.

Curtis, a year! she’s tough!! Oh he!! No! Sure puts a kink in your giddy up! Had it seven years ago other foot and was in a cast for 28 days. That helped. Said no to surgery and I heard shots are really painful too..
I have stretched, rolled it on a frozen water bottle and steel tube but it mostly runs its course I think?
It’s getting better. Have to finish my motor , dyno then another. Getting behind….

Just got me NHRAS renewal notice and I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth it any more. $78.00 for 12 issues of the magazine showing what we already saw on TV. HMMMM
