Good Morning everyone! It's going to be a good day. Positive thoughts and good vibes. Just keep smiling. Well, I really don't like to float by own boat, but I hit a milestone for myself. Two years, 4 mos., and 6 days to loose 60lbs.!! I did all by myself. No magic pill, no weight loss programs! I am now in the size I wore in high school, size 6! Not too bad for a 51 year old with 4 healthy boys! Yep, it's a good day!!!!

Congrats !!! I was up to 305 from sitting behind a desk all the time, got my physical the last week in Jan and the doc told me I needed to loose some weight so in 7 weeks I am now at 272, 33lbs in 7 weeks, not bad for just eating right and doing a little excercise.I got another 22 to go and then I will be down to within 15 lbs of my military weight.
Positive days and thoughts are paramount. There is a lot of moping going on because of all the things happening. One thing people keep saying is about all their bad luck, try by making your own luck, be in the right place at the right time, do the right thing all the time (or as much as possible, we all have relapses), but DON'T just sit on your tail saying "Man, I aint got nothing but bad luck" and hope for good luck to find you. Go out there and make it happen.

Thanks!! Two years ago, I went for my yearly physical during my birthday month so I remember to get my mamagram too. When I got on the scale and saw what it went up to, 4 pounds from 200! I said this is just not right! So I relearned my brain and stomach and basically pushed my fat ass away from the table and learned to portion properly and walk a little bit more. I take extra laps around the grocery store, the mall and my driveway. The important thing I learned is to do gradually, and change doesn't come over night! See, anyone can do it!

Mike, since you are so happy and spry this morning why don't you come by and take me and the little lady out for dinner for our 44th anniversary? We would have to find one of those multi-choice restaurants cause what I like she don't like and what she likes I don't like! It's amazing that over the years neither of us has starved to death! We both like mescan food, it's just the degree of spice where we differ! Just let me know what time you will be by!

Mike, I think the Limo driver got drunk and ended up in Sheriff Joe's tent city eating green bologna in pink underwear! I went to the Lone Star by myself and had the lunch steak, baked potatoe and a dinner salad! Wife don't like to go out and eat but did ask if I would bring her a salad home! How many women do you know that after 44 years of marriage would be satisfied with a garden salad on their anniversary? We just good ole country folks!
Another month and I can just go out in the garden and get the fixin's for that salad!

..........Howdy everybody in DRR land,can't dance this morning,it's to muddy,rained all night,so I'll only manage one little woohoo,this morning,but man it's great to be alive,been watching alot of the little boys movies,with him lately,thats where the woohoo's are coming from,the kids movie,Barn Yard,it's pretty cool,when the chacter WILD MIKE jumps out of the box and starts dancing everywhere,Mannie(my son)and myself(right MsFurr) start dancing with them,hurts like heck,but it makes Mannie laugh,it's worth it,anyway Otis the talking holstein cow(bull steer)starts going Woohoo Woohoo and dancing around,I know to much info.........well Mannies nannie's kids are doing good 3 now and 1 nannie to still have them,I know I need to shut up,but so much to tell and to little time,oh yea welcome to all the new posters on the good morning thread.so glad to have you,invite others,all are welcome here,can you tell I done had 1 cup of coffee this morning,SHUT UP............Ya'll have a Goodern,Marty have fun today............get up Guy,we got Burito's for breakfast...................... ............Was I being Annoying,if yes don't forget to vote for me,I need to narrow the gap on 1320,and BD,is closing in on me.......................... ................................
