Hey Jason-- congrats on the 2 wins-- Keep it up. We miss ya, and hope you can drop down some weekend. Mikey B- I was truly in shock when I saw the hood fly up on ur car. That actually broke my heart, because of how nice the car is, and how much I like it. I hope the damage is minimal, and you get it back into pristine condition.
Looks like we are going to have another cool day this Sunday, and I'm starting to prep my car tomorrow morning(Wed). I hope to have it ready, with the few changes that I'm going to make. Looking forward to smelling some race gas fumes, and hot rubber this weekend. BTW, I'm going to try to see how many racers have signed up for the points series, and hopefully there will be more than last year. C U guys Sunday-- Dean Car Big Grin

Hey Jason great job at the beav! I am hoping to get up there for a weekend before long to race. This weekend we are heading to MIR for the Pro Am. Friday we are testing, sat we have a Pro Am in morning and a five $5000 that night then sunday we have another Pro Am, After last week I am feeling fairly confident so I hope the weekend goes well. Anyone else going to be at MIR? Fagnilli?

Just a reminder the alcohol has arrived I have 10 barrels at the moment. The final price for the Alky is
$145.00 Clear
$150.00 Purple (Lube)

There is no deposit on barrels as long as I continue to get them back promtly after they are emtied.

Jason, I'll be sending you an email hopefully tonight.

I think we were all sick about it, Dean. Mikey will be ok. Down for a couple weeks, but ok.

I won't be there Sunday, but I'm hoping for next weekend. Driver's quarter is on, and there are only 3 patches left to go on the car. I'll have the welds ground down so we can mud the car on Saturday.

Good luck at MIR, Kev!

Im pretty upset about the hood incident. I figured with the factory latch and a saftey catch I never had to worry about it but after I shook the tires it still came up and smashed the windshield, roof, and cowl. My body guy said he can have it done for the second week of may looking just as good with minimal filler.

Jason email sent.

Thats not as bad as thought it would be. He should be able to pull/hammer that cowl back into decent shape.
