Congrats to all class champions!

Awesome job to Scotty for battling to a Top championship and to Dave for hanging on to the lead in Modified!

I'm not sure about all the Juniors, but it was a great points chase in the 13-17 bracket. A special congrats to my nephew Jacob who qualified for the team in his first year of points!

Also, great job to my wife Allison who won Modified class on Sunday Big Grin

Congratulations to all the class points champions, and a huge thank you to Import Export Tire for their sponsorship of the points series. We're so lucky to be able to have all these great sponsors that give us so many great prizes to run for, week in and week out, end of the year, everything... we racers can't thank you enough. I do want to thank a couple in particular... Mike's Auto Body, for the Mike's Auto Body guarantee of $1000 to win in both Top and Modified all year long. Millerstown Pick A Part, The Motorworks, Dominic Race Car Fabrication, the Starting Line Racing Cafe, and Silver Mine Coin & Collectibles all offered bonus money to the racers. Plus we have the awesome runoffs to come at the Ghosts Goblins and Gearheads race.

Jason, I think the feeling is mutual... Team PRP is very glad to have you!!

Allison whupped butt all day Sunday. Congrats to her on an excellent driving day. Final 5 cars in Street, takes the win and bonus money in Mod... that's a good day!

Congrats to my teammates Mike Balaska and Barry Barnett for driving well all year, scoring some wins for our sponsor, Jones Race Car Trailers. Big time congrats to Greg Miller, running good all year, first time in points and he finishes 8th. And of course to our buddy Scott, 2 years after being Street class champion, to now Top class champion.

And thanks to Russ Benish for all his help. Scotty wasn't the only one to get a pep talk. Big Grin Some bad luck/bad timing reduced his chances of being a 3-peat Modified winner, but there was no quit in him, between working on his car, and using borrowed cars to try to keep in contention. And there is certainly no shame in being second to one of the classiest racers ever, Dave Dortenzo.

I like Team PRP's chances to defend the title! And we have a lot more racing to do!

Hey guys how is everyone? A few things I want to say to all you guys. First Scott Campbell, Scotty hey great job. I raced you last year in a final round and you came out and smoked me, I knew you were the man to beat. You are a classy young guy who can drive a race car as good as anyone i've ever seen. Congratulations!! As far as your team finals go I can't see anyone touching you guys. You guys have as much pride and team unity as any team in any sport. Stay together cover eachothers back and you guys can wrap it up by 5th round. I left prp to race at qcr this year. Alot of reasons and intrest that I can't discuss with everyone. And don't expect everyone to understand. But one thing is for sure I do miss you guys even the ones that don't care for me or am glad im gone. I will not be racing in the bracket finals this year because I decided I will not go againt's guys that I am actually pulling for. Chuck T you are probably one of the people I miss the most your track support and involvement is way above and beyond. Keep your support up they are very lucky to have you running the programs you do. You all can choose to believe stories or things you have heard. Rumors or not. Bottom line is I do consider you guys friends and teamates. Good luck to all of you for the rest of the 08 season And congratulations to all the racers and there sponsors. Ray

Congrats to all class champs this year.

It would have been nice to make some passes this past weekend and make a push in points but oh well. Crunched the transmission or clutch(hopefully just the clutch)last week.

jason, i think its mid oct. at the GGG race.

i think just about everyone is glad you are at prp this year.
i thnk after 2 wins at the bracket finals, they would want you on their team instead of running against you there.
great job this year
