Fern,
I hope you get a real one. My boy pulled his line from Amazon a few years ago when he found out they also sold counterfeit parts with his product name on them.

Well that’s really great , Brian should be very busy!

My friend Ryna Giacome runner up in super gas in Sonoma last weekend. A big congrats to him!

And Barry’s friend Paul Nero Runner up in top dragster. He had a .007 to get into for the win but broke out by .004 In that crowd being runner-up is a good feat by itself! Congrats to him!

Well the new MSD arrived yesterday. It looks like the old one but was manufactured 2 months ago. I need to get some motivation to get out there and install it. It was 94 yesterday but my garage has A/C so that excuse is no good. Just seems like everything around here is breaking. Had to put a new starter on my lawn mower yesterday and finished mowing the yard in the heat.
oh well things could be worse. And someone weed whacked the ditch at the end of my drive way. You all be safe.
Floyd I forgot to thank you for the offer of the MSD tester, so thanks.

Let me know how it works, I am pretty confident it was the box.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Yeah Nick, Paul did good. We ran well in TS but failed to get there round three. My car ran ok, expensive test session. Lost round one to Partsbob! Nice to get back in the seat after five years. I had PTSD every run except for round one. Checked oil filter every pass. It’s fine. Y’all know how much time , Money and effort it takes but I had a blast with my family. New to me trailer living quarters is the s h y t! Now to squeeze out more power and race it.

Well the new MSD and all the related wiring is installed. Just have to tidy up the wires and get it tested. Sounded good when I started it....More later. Still hot here. Any of you all watch the $300,000 race yesterday at Galot? Lots of racing around here.

Good afternoon guys, hey Floyd thanks for the heads up. Fern sounds like you can test and tune at the next race! We have no racing here till September. We are up to 8.5” of rain for July, that up by 150% over average year and made it the largest amount of rain in in July since records started being counted in the 1870s.

Not a car wash, a mud hole. And its to dry for mud right now.
You guys missed our race here, 3 $40,000 and 1 $300,000 race at the nicest track in the country. Had at least 1 from AZ, and 1 from Vegas. Several from Texas, 1 from SD, and 1 from Maine ran 4.18 at 178mph. Don't see any NHRA around here much.
Next week 3 $10,000 foot brake races at Piedmont for $300 entry.
Torqin got in the final of todays 40 and his son lost at 4 cars. Later
