Mornin' all! TGIF! Looking like a nice day out there, heading to the Pirate game tonight with a big bunch of friends. Tomorrow is race day, weather looks good, ready to get my game on. And the Pens shellacked the Predators last night. All that was missing was a Pirates win. Big Grin

Fern, that's too much work. Big Grin Go race!

Nick, good luck this weekend. Hopefully we're both texting each other winner's circle pics!

Ice cream time again. You all have a great weekend!

Mornin Y'all!

I think I'm getting senile or old timers desease is setting in.

A few months ago I spent a bunch of money back halving the hay hauler for I don't know why. I'm not going to be driving it much.
Yesterday I bought a bunch of porcelain tile to re-do my 3 bathrooms that I don't use very often. I only need one.
Next I'm going to re-carpet the house. I've got 8 rooms and only use 3.
Maybe I should get a job so I don't have so much free time.
Y'all have a gooden. Help

Good morning all ....it's Sunday morning and I'm sleeping well awake now in a Walmart parking lot .Went racing last night and did good got to the semi's only to not be able to run the number. I had a 23 light and he had a 25 light he ran his number with an a Eight and I was two off my dial. The run before I put down 13 thou package on a bye run. Walked away with more cash and I came with so no complaints this was a Wally race and I sure was hoping for the best. LOL
thars about it at 6 AM and the restaurant is opening up so I can go get my biscuits gravy , bacon and whatever else I want. Hope y'all have a good Sunday.

Chuck ,I sure hoping you won tonight or last night.

Take Care Everyone.... It's so Hot

Mornin' all! I hope you all had a good weekend. I sure did. Pirate game Friday night with a bunch of friends, ending the night with an awesome milkshake. Raced Saturday, sucked it up pretty bad. Bought back, started doing good, then took a mile third round in Modified to go under .003. Lazy day yesterday, watched the Pirates win, and the Penguins bring Lord Stanley's cup back to Pittsburgh. Coolest thing of the weekend: the young man who won Modified Saturday, with a .0149 package, leaves in a week for USMC boot camp. His sister almost made it a family affair in the winner's circle, runnered up in Top. Super nice family and people, great send off for Brandon, and there was a little dust in a lot of people's eyes that night.

Fern, I really want to make the Olds race at Norwalk, especially since it moved off of the same weekend as the WFC a couple years ago, but schedule has worked against me. Maybe this year.

Floyd, just don't go back to work. It's a trap! Big Grin Kinda like growing up.

Iforgot, how did you do? You're making me hungry for some pecan waffles and loaded hash browns; love me some Waffle House.

Nick, congrats on the strong showing. Wrong side of a tight one. Speaking of tight... second round, I made it a little too tight... .0000 MOV, my W, knocking out 3mph and .03. Almost an oops. My .081 package still made him mathematically ineligible. Semis is as close as I've come to a Wally also, a couple years ago at Mason Dixon.

You all have a great day!

Waffle House was fine.

Racing...was not my weekend. 1st round Saturday sums it up..I was -.0008 red, ran it out and ran .0001 under.
And that pretty much sums up the entire weekend for me!!

Hope everyone else had a better weekend!

Knowing I picked the hottest days of the year to work on the deck but the wood work is done and I finished cleaning up the mess and hauling it to the dump this morning. Now need to paint/stain it......Looks like the last day at Darlington had 2 local foot brakers in the final. Good for them as the locals did well at this race. Good to see everyone this morning. Might get to go to the 2 day race at Piedmont this weekend. Later.....

OMG....just googled weather for Saturday race now showing 115 degrees, so I'll be skipping first time hit by the time the second one comes around the adjusted will be 1,400 feet lower. So I take the second time hit and go straight to eliminations. LOL.

Hey Phil I saw you going rounds too, looked like you made it to the 1/4s or was it the 1/8s. Heck Pro must have had close to 70 cars in it.

Mornin' all! Over center day! Going to take a little break this morning and watch the Penguins victory parade. Pretty warm, humid, and sticky. Nick and Phil, you have heat, and apparently it IS a dry heat, if you only have 8.8% humidity. We're looking at 65% or so all week.

Fern, saw on ROP Dr. Dan is making it to the WFC. I can't go this year. Frown I've never met him in person.

You all have a great day!

Mornin' all! Still warm and humid here. Looks like it won't break some until Sunday some time, when some storms roll through.

Nick, the parade was really cool. Friend that I work with got her 5 year daughter out of day care to watch it too, and I put her on my shoulders so she could see. 650,000 people in downtown Pittsburgh for the parade, and no issues or arrests.

Fern, I feel you there. It hurts to miss it. And chances are I won't even get to see much of the livestream.

You all have a great day!

Lmao! Good morning! For years (over 30) commuting to work I kept a log of bad drivers/cars. Guess what car was the worst on the list, right down to the color! At least here in Ca.
