Floyd, sorry we didn't get to meet. It's a long story, and I'm glad to be home! My girlfriend Tammie wants to go next spring to Vegas, she was never there, and between Laverne and Shirley (aka Christine and Tammie) we will be able to go a lot more places! We still should meet somewhere in between for a DRR Good Morning First Reunion!! I'm sure that will happen!

I've been busy with school and the house. It seems it's just one thing after another and I bet Mr. Brewer is trying to tell me something! But my goal is to get everything done by the end of June, so Molly and I can cruise and get some ice-cream! Summer classes are almost finished, well for me, I'm ahead of everyone else. Then fall classes start in September. I'm getting there slowly but surely!

Hi Christine, there's always the next time. I don't do Vegas like I used to, now I only go when there is a race in a series I run. If they depended on my money they would be closed up. I'll be back there in Sept. for the Summit finals and then not again till next year.
We've got 2 more races in the Heritage series, Sacramento in July and the last one Bakersfield in October. I'm hoping to move up in the points. A top 5 would make me happy.
Gotta do a leak down on the hay hauler this weekend. Gettin a little oil in #2 cylinder foulin the plug. Hope it's just a valve seal.

Mike, maybe it's time to put a T400 in that tractor with a trans brake.

Goin to be a lovely kick back day. Goin over to a friends house today to pick up all the Lucas Oil products he has won over the past few years. He's quit racfing and he's moving so he said come get it. Can't beat the price.
Worked on the hay hauler yesterday and found out it wasn't valve seals, it was intake gaskets. I forgot to put any gorilla snot on them and they started sucking oil. My buddy has a scope and we pulled the carb, he stuck his scope in the port and the stems were dry but we could see where it was a little wet at the edge of the head. Changing gaskets was easier than changing valve seals. Race ready again and it sure sounds better.

Well I still have the doo doo cold, but I feel better after yesterdays race. Homegrown won the track championship in Pro at Sacramento Raceway. The Oldsmobubble has been deadly consistant and he has been chopping down the tree all year.

Mike, your post about my doo doo comment making you smile made me laugh, thanks I needed that. I know how you feel about your dad, lost mine 38 years ago and still miss him something terrible, but I know he is smiling down on me and I carry his love in my heart everyday.

Christine so glad to see you posting again, we miss you when you are not here.

Good morning folks,going to be another hot week here,but it is summer time is'nt it,got muscle spasms going on in my neck and shoulder since yesterday,started out like a crick in the neck,sat.evening,have feeling it's from a new BP pill I've started,well see thruday when I see the dr. again,loads getting heavy,with this and the broke down tractor,can't get parts,need to haul stuff,now can't turn without hurting the neck,wow,I know it'll be ok,but a few prayers this way would be fine.............. ..................

Wow what a weekend we had......

Sheldon decided he wants to race in Bristol this year.... So we load up and take the kids to Chandler for the weekend... Megan, who has not raced in 2 years, got down to 3 cars in the first race on Saturday and won the 2nd for the day and did pretty good on Sunday...

So now we are all ready for Bristol . . . . This is gonna be fun!!!
