Boy, am I gonna have a happy grandson come Sunday and he see his birthday presents I got him! 1963 Corvette (primo!), Pokeman Handbook and $1,000,000.00! Got the Pokeman Handbook at Game Crazy for $9.99 (regular price is $19.95) and I got the 1963 red Corvette at CVS for $4.95 (die-cast) and while there also found him a $1,000,000.00 bill that only cost me $1.95! Who says a poor ol' man can't make a youngster smile?

The right size collector extensions showed up yesterday so I guess I'll crawl under the truck and take the mufflers off and put 'em on. Probably ought to change the oil, too. It's just been sitting for a couple of months so maybe it would like some attention.

Sun's a shinnin'! Another day to finish my task from yesterday, NUTHIN"! Kick back, search the internet to see if I can locate kinfolks from "way back"! Traced 'em to New Mexico and Texas on dad's side and to Tennessee and Louisiana on mother's side. Who knows, I may be related to the "missing link"?

We had a shyt pot full of rain today. My planters are all full and the patio is standing water. It makes it hard for Chewy, he went out this morning and got caught in a downpour, poor little short guy, he got his nuts wet.

Well, I had to post-pone my trip to Florida. My Mom is not feeling well and of course the docs are trying to find out why. She was not well Thursday or Friday. Spent the morning and afternoon at Mercy Hospital ER. So, my family comes first and she is here with me so I can keep an eye on her. Sorry, Mike that horn wasn't my plane. Maybe the first or second week of March it will be. Besides most flights were cancelled due to the snow! I measured 28" in my driveway. In fact, I couldn't find my steps and I lost my ruler this morning, but found it when my oldest son was running the snow blower! I will be happy when Spring comes. However, Mark does like the snow on the trees and I missed going with him at night for a drive to see the snow fall! But, I will be okay and praying the docs can help out my Mom!

You know Ma,I told Mannie we should'nt of been test flying the Mini-Winnie,that evening,I bet thats why that plane was blowing his horn,hard to see for the low cloud cover,got to work on our lights on the old girl,and our towers been a little short staffed lately,cousins been hurting and cutting alot of wood,so that was probablly what happened.................. ..............................................................
