| The first started the timer. You can back out to prestage if your opponent hasn't staged yet. So the first car staged long enough (about .6 seconds) to stage lock and start the timer, then backed out since his opponent hadn't yet staged. But the 7-10 second stage timer had started. Both cars would have timed out if the first car hadn't gone back in. Which obviously he did this on purpose. That's why it's important to understand how the timing system works

| Been done by many since autostart was implemented. There was no trickery, all that have a clue knew exactly what he was doing. It’s gamesmanship and if you don’t know how autostart works after about 15 years in use, my advice is stay home. |
