It's always a good time for "a study". And if you can tell me who is providing the funding for the study and what their agenda is, I can already tell you what their findings will be. Take care. Tom Worthington

If it seems that bracket racing has gotten too expensive for you, maybe you are just doing it wrong.

Not true. MANY people have gotten it and never even knew they had it. Way more than any who have had any type of symptoms. But you also need to reread what I said about myself. I'm immune. I cannot get it. I've been exposed to quite literally dozens of confirmed cases for extended periods of time and am still negative. This includes coworkers. I'm not worried about it in the least. The only thing I suffer from is seasonal allergies, and over the counter antihistamines take care of that nicely...

For me, not under 1 but when I was 1, I was vaccinated for Polio in February, the second dose was in March and again in October and a booster when I was 8. an as I recall, it was a 2 year development originally with further development to create better vaccines and the oral vaccine.

I originally was not going to worry for myself, as I trust my immune system being I dont even get colds, let alone the flu or anything else and have not for well over 30 years. But the largest medical research unversity here has started a long term study into effects of long Covid. Being in their long term cancer study, I know through experience with that, they would not start this study without reason. So I did get mine.

Although, as a sidebar which is another discussion, which bugs me BTW, I received an email indicating that to be part of the work force at the world cup ski races here, full vaccination is required. grrrrr

We have not vaccinated, but may....probably will when our antibody protection has waned.

You are correct. I am ignorant of the status of my antibodies. I am ok with that. I have no desire to subject myself to testing or help their numbers either way. Like I said, the mortality rate of my age group is not that high (136 is the current number).

I am not sure what I will do if they mandate it here at work. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. I really don't want to leave my job, but I may if push comes to shove.

This is a BIG part of issue. Extreme blanket statements like this should make people question.

My son (vaxxed for job) and his wife (never vaxxed) both tested positive for covid at different times. Symptoms were same, moderate flu. His wife symptom duration were a little shorter. This though only one instance, shows blanket statements lack conviction.

We only got the shot as we see possible issues travelling in NE. The wannabe socialists are taking this too far.

I have not been able to figure the endgame on this. The putz and his clowns are doing a bad job.

People need to remember how poorly they handled withdrawal.

Way too many questions on this stuff. No mention of people carrying stronger immune from earlier infection. Medical professionals like my wife are questioning vax true effectiveness vs dangers.

So 650,000 have already died from this--I'll take the shots and booster over a 1% chance of the graveyard. As far as Biden goes, worst excuse for a President ever, period.

First off, it's not nor has it ever been a pandemic.

That is absolutely, positively, unequivocally, categorically false.

Pandemic
A pandemic is an epidemic of an infectious disease that has spread across a large region, for instance multiple continents or worldwide, affecting a substantial number of people.

$13,600 fine for businesses that allow a non-vacinated person on there property. I might be wrong but I don't think the president makes laws, congress does. I can't wait to see how they will enforce this B.S.

Not sure where you get this. All through this, the vast majority of infections result in mild symptoms in healthy people. Of course there exceptions, and nobody wants to be one in this case

CR,,, Question , Have you had a DR tell you that you have immunity to this virus?
I'm glad to hear you have not contracted it after being exposed so much.
You also said you cannot spread it after being exposed to it? How is that? I believe I read; anyone vaccinated or not can spread it.
I am not throwing darts here.. just trying to understand your statements.
It is showing a slight decline here ... I hope..

I have tested negative multiple times. My doc required a neg test for in person visits. Was not the rapid test. I do not have the virus or any of the indicators from the virus. Without them you cannot transmit it. Like I said, I don't know why, it is what it is. Even the doc was stumped.

650,000 HAVE NOT DIED FROM THIS....Even the cdc admitted they inflated the numbers. The actual numbers of deaths from covid itself are just over 10,000 last data I saw. The majority of the deaths that were listed as covid were due to other comorbidities with covid as a contributor. The information is out there.

NO THIS IS NOT NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN A PANDEMIC...I will NOT change my position on this. If the numbers has been truthfully and ACURATELY reported this would not even be an argument. With a 99.9xx% survival rate among ALL groups, the mortality rate does not fit with the narrative. Also, take notice that there weee suddenly no other deaths from any other cause, EVERY death was listed as covid. FALSE INFORMATION AND FALSE NUMBERS.

Your post is ridiculously false. I won't waste time refuting things line by line with facts, as you have already stated that you don't care.

New York City’s largest teacher’s union has won a battle to keep teachers and other educators employed if they suffer from certain medical conditions and don’t want to comply as a result with the Big Apple’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

https://ntdca.com/new-york-cit...-19-vaccine-mandate/

Aren't they the ones who threw a fit until mask mandates were implemented for children in schools. They're around children most days and they don't need the vaccine.

Based on the definition you provided, the seasonal flu is also a pandemic. Colds are a pandemic. Yet no lockdown for those! And don't tell me the flu doesn't kill people. It kills thousands every year! Colds are one of the most contagious viruses there is...yet no pandemic for those!

Following is an excerpt (spin) from Yahoo. Without regard for the slant, it clearly acknowledges covid is/has been politicized.

"With Newsom poised to win California recall, another indication COVID politics may be starting to favor Democrats over Republicans
The recall verdict could have national implications for both Democrats and Republicans heading into the 2022 midterm elections."
