I seen just yesterday on TV that this year has "Cooled Off", offesetting the warm ups from previous years.

I don't have any global stats handy, but Jan.-Nov. the average US temp was .3° above normal (1900-2007) while November was 2° higher than normal with several high temp records set in the west.
