Afternoon, Y'all!
Been busier than hell around here. Ain't got time to do my government work.

The wife got her aunt here to our house from hospital a couple of hours ago and she has fell twice already! Think she get's dizzy when she gets on her feet! She fell once while wife was here and then fell again when wife went to get her prescriptions filled! I got her up and into my wheel chair. She said she was was fine but who really knows? I wheeled her into bathroom and she did her job and I got her back in wheel chair and asked her if she wanted to lay down for a while and she said yes so wheeled her into the bedroom and she got outa chair on layed down on bed. Wife checked her blood pressure and it was 101 over 53! Prayin' she gets to feelin' okay!

Well our furnace went out and it is cold!!! Trying to get it fixed, the car sold, Christmas presents bought. . . You know all that stuff. . .

Good morning ya'll,sunny but cool here this morning,need to do a little outside work today,but I hate wearing long-*****es,I know I'm a little touched in the upper room of my head,but I think alot of weather gets in our heads and what others are doing,we just follow along,speaking for myself,so I'm thinking ifn I wear shorts and think it's warm outside maybe it will be,wait a minute....................just stuck my head out the door and it ain't working,so back to some more pondering on this subject.......................... ..............................................

Well onward and upward,had my CT scan done monday and the two spots are still on my right lung,no bigger but still there,peunomia is gone,and they're thinking they might be scares from another time,go back in 6-months for another CT scan and hopefully they've not gotten any bigger,one funny thing(for lack of a better word,after the Dr. told me this,and up in the day it hit me,that my Dad,which passed away last Nov.22,when he was in his late 30's they found a spot on his lung,and they encouraged him to stop smoking,well ofcourse Dad said it ain't nothing and went on without keeping a check on it,and then by the time he had it check again he was 75 and the cancer had took it's toll on him,makes you think,was that the same spots that they seen years ago,I not trying to read more into it than it may be,but you can't help but wonder,I'm ok with whatever it is,just hope to watch my little boy grow up and have me some little grand kids and help him have a successful life,or aleast the start of one,wander if thats being a little to selfish,I so lucky to have done and seen so many wonderful things,and made so many great friends,so I don't want to wear out my welcome around here,but sometimes you just get to thinking,I'm just saying.......... ...........Thank ya'll for listening,I feel better now,sometimes you just got to type it out loud.............you know what I mean.....................................

And Floyd hope your friends doing alright now,and Ma Page ifn you're out there passing by,stop and let us know how you're doing with that new hip,and Marty you're always in our prayers,and Hey Chuck !!!!!!!how that little baby doing you was telling us about,and ofcourse Bob and Karen and little Ashley you're always in our prayers,sure thank God for getting the priveledge of knowing Sweet Little Angel Niiki,and to any of our other sick folks that I didn't meantion,please let us know,up-dates,and Bob J,thinking about you bud,and my Mom,that old heart is getting weaker all the time,she's having to sleep with oxygen now,but she says that mite just mean she's closer to seeing Papa again,I quess in this time of year we all get a little more chance to think about family and friends and maybe think about the reason for the season,or aleast I think we're supposed to............ .........God Bless all ya'll................................

Well, I guess the secret is outa the bag! Tiger Woods is coming to Arizona to get rid of his sexual desires! Yep, he's comin' to my house so I teach him how to do without sex for 20 years and still remain married to the same woman! Guess I will be teachin' him how to drag race and get an addiction to mescan food instead of sex! Maybe that will take the fire outa his "huevos" and rid him of his "sexual compulsions"! Maybe I will take him and some of his money to get his prostate removed and teach him about ED! No "pasture pool" though! There would be too many tempting holes for him and he's gonna be under scrutiny all the time he is here! Us old folks got make some racin' money some way!

Mornin gang. Do you ever feel like you're on a barrel roll of 'issues' you have to deal with? I know it's small in light of real problems, but if I have one more work issue & kids school issues (jackets being stolen, inconsistency in teachers & grading-I mean for Madi, how do you have 99-102 avg grades in 4 classes but possibly be on the way to a first ever 'c' in 2 others, 1 of which should be the easiest class??? then I have a 1st grade teacher that told the kids to write sentences about a trip, well Adiayn wrote complete sentences about a trip to Florida to see alligators, to the beach to go surfing, Paris to see the Statue of Liberty, but got 0 points because the teacher said she told them 'a' trip not several C'mon he is 6 yrs old & most adults don't even know there is another Statue of Liberty! I simply looked at her and said "that was one trip, didn't you know Adiayn is a jet-setter!" At least his grades are so good it won't matter ). Anyway, thanks for letting me unload this morning gang...hope your day is full of smiles!!

It's my friday. 3 days of nothin. Well, not quite. I gotta return a cherry picker I borrowed about 2 years ago. I told him he could have it back when he wanted, he didn't say the next day. That's okay, I got another one I borrowed from another friend about 9 years ago. He had 2 so he didn't need it.
Actually I was storing the cherry picker cause he didn't have any room in his new shop fore 2 of them. His other one just died so I gotta give it back. Maybe I'll put a bow on it and say Merry Christmas.

Mornin' all! Mike, please stay on top of spots on the lungs. That's scary, especially the way this #$%^&* year has gone. I know what you mean about typing it out loud. Lots of good stuff out there, so you don't want to miss it. I keep meaning to post a pic of Nolen from his baptism a couple months ago. He's doing real good. Doug just told me this week he's oh so close to crawling. I was wondering how your mom was doing. I hope she hangs in there.

Michelle, sounds like life to me! And Adiayn is a jet setter! I didn't see gators in FL til 2 years ago, and I've never been to Paris.

Thinking of Nikki, Karen, Bob, Ashley, Christine, Sonya, Marty. Karen's update yesterday... wow, I just can't imagine. The "why" really sucks.

On a happier note, Ashley was at AJ & Brianna's wedding. She, much like Christine, is not the shy quiet type. She was as likely to be with Brianna or Kara Jo (her cousin and maid of honor) as she was with Karen and Bob. If Bri or Kara was holding her, and you got too close, Ashley would bring her hands up and say "Pink power!" It became a game, with us trying to sneak up on her, and getting "zapped" with Pink Power. Well, on Sunday, she was acting up a little too much, and Bob had to put a stop to it. What does she do? Raises her hands - "Pink power!" Bob had to keep himself from laughing as he straightened her out.

School's closed & the SNOW is coming in a couple of hours!!!!! 14-17" Nicole, do you guys have your heat fixed now? Walmart sold out of milk, bread & chips last night, what's up with that??? lol
I know you've heard Mike talk about living at Fancy Gap mtn, we live at the top-on the VA/NC line on the western side of Va so we are getting the most snow! Our property joins the elem school so we get the 4 wheelers with sleds hooked to them & get to go all over the ball fields, etc. It's gonna be a fun weekend...
