I will say again;

1) The "vaccines" don't keep you from getting COVID
2) The "vaccines" don't keep you from spreading COVID
3) The only benefit to the "vaccines" is that (supposedly) COVID cases are less severe and less likely to require hospitalization.

Therefore, I will re-state my question;

Why does anybody care if the unvaccinated choose to remain unvaccinated? They are only putting THEMSELVES at risk, no one else.

It is all about control. Same reason they created the fiction that the mask is all about protecting OTHERS, not the mask-wearer. The last thing the deep-state will tolerate is un-masked/un-vaccinated people refusing to participate in their theater of fear and control.

That has been stated from the beginning by every administration and government official I have heard.

Although I don't really care who gets the jab and who doesn't, I can answer that question because I asked the same thing. I was told the point is to try and take pressure off hospitals. Now it's so overwhelming that the nurse people I know are pleading for people to do whatever they can to stay out of the hospital. I also know people that need close to life or death surgeries that keep getting bumped due to the current surge of covid cases. Theres also the health insurance side that we are all going to pay for as rates go up to treat people.

....and before you say it, I agree that this mandate is stupid and that they may have more workers across the board if they didn't implement it so workers had to leave.

My wife and I both did that later in the summer. Of course nobody even speaks of it, since it is easier to just push the vaccine regardless of your situation.

I would like to know where the vaxed/unvaxed hospital admissions data comes from. Our local hospitals don't collect it formally.

For that matter, where does the variant data come from. Anyone ever told what variant they had from their test? I even asked and the information wasn't available.

I was wrong. It happens. In my mind it was about standing right outside the door and discussing things that applied to other people on the same floor. They have removed all identifiers from charts and rooms now so again, I was wrong.

The Supreme Court decision simply strikes down Biden's MANDATE. Companies can still choose on their own to force their employees to get the vaccine. Some states (FL, TX?) are introducing legislation to prevent employers from mandating the vaccine, but I don't know where that stands.

Some positives are that if the fed requiring it was unconstitutional, then the same argument can be made at the state level, and it isn't a stretch to make the same argument with employers from a legal stand. But how many want to fight city hall with their employer? Also something positive right now is the employment market. MANY companies including the one I work for may WANT to require it. But when they look at the possible effect workforce wise, they don't want to pay that price.

I'm torn about employers requiring it. We all have choices today. So we can go work somewhere else if we don't like it. And I don't like the government micromanaging businesses. I would prefer hands off and let the businesses run themselves.

Slyfox, I disagree with democrats run/own the big corporations. Most democrats sign the back of payroll checks not the front.
