Good friend was afraid he would loose his job here and it’s a big big company. They rolled out the shots or fired bs five months ago then realized they will loose 3/4 of the labor force! It’s been crickets now.
I’m not for the left or right forcing us to do anything. That said we still have a health issue to deal with.

It isn't wrong except a point that I hate to pick. The flu. I don't think those shots are ever more than 50% effective.

The thing about the Flu shots are I think they are very effective problem is there is many strains of it and they use there best educated guess which strain will be a problem that year. You have to be vaccinated for the strain you are exposed to for it to work and they do not always get it right. My understanding.

I perceive many such post as generated from the "other side" to support their narrative, accurate or inaccurate as they may be.

The issue is they are LYING when they call these vaccines.
A vaccination provides IMMUNITY to a particular infectious disease.

As we know these "SO CALLED" vaccines do NOT provide immunity as the facts are showing all the "breakthrough" cases in people that have been fully shot and boosted (as if this is something special).

Some other facts:
The whole issue with the airlines over the holidays was NOT about the pilots having covid, it was about the airlines trying to play Billy Badass and "mandate" them getting shots, the pilots said "No shot for me and I'm retiring and you can send me my same amount of pay for staying home".
You can't mess with pilots and unions.

Speaking of unions, I work for a LARGE UNIONIZED hospital with 7500 employees (doctors, nurses, administrators, etc).
ONLY 60% of ALL the hospital employees are vaccinated including nurses and doctors.

They won't take the shot for what I defined above, these are NOT vaccines, they do NOT PROVIDE IMMUNITY.

The issue is you can NOT change rules without having a NEW union contract.
It doesn't matter if Brandon or the FED tries to mandate it or not, unions do NOT have to do anything until it is brought up and voted on.

The Brandon loving politicians have now tried to change the "definition" of the word vaccine, these are NOT VACCINES, these are just shots like any other.

The BIG thing is when do people smarten up and say enough is enough.
The Omicron vaccine from Pfizer will be ready in March, are we going to line up and get that one too.

A friend of mine just got the Vid with only one J&J shot. He did not get the booster. Has anybody got the Vid after getting the booster shot? So far so good for me, I got the booster in mid October.

My young (20's) healthy, lightweight engineer a work got both shots and booster. Had covid last year early, and in November.

The company I worked for said in Jan it will be a requirement for all employees or contractors or anyone on the property to have full vaccination.

I talked to my Union President and he said "Yes, they can force us to" I told him Let's go to Labor Relations right now B!tch and you can Fire me and we will settle it in Court. Then I said a lot of other things not nearly as nice about his Ed looking @$$.
I told him there is Nobody that can force me to take a vaccine that was not approved (at that time) and no way will I sign a release from Liability if COMPANY and UNION force me to take it. You are going to have to accept that responsibility, I am not. And if our UNION was not going to stand up to it they would be a part of the lawsuit to. He did not have the testicles to stand up to the Company or me, he hauled his little @$$ out of there right quick.

I know someone who had both Pfizer shots plus the booster and got Covid a few weeks back

By now one would hope everyone knows this? I know a few that have it now ( and vaxxed) and doing well. I am sure there are vaxxed and non in the hospital but also have no idea how bad they are. Chances are they would not be in there if they had not contracted Covid.
Pretty sure I posted my cousin has it again and he is vaxxed with light symptoms.
