You have to wonder what makes anyone think attacking a guy holding a gun of any kind is a good idea? Chasing a guy holding a rifle is not brave it is just asking to die and sometimes you get what you ask for.

Tough day for prosecutors

Given what has transpired with the FBI witness and McGinniss and Balch, you would think that the defense was being allowed to put on its case first. Nope, the prosecutors are blowing up their own case. Take care. Tom Worthington

So it appears that many of you are saying we should not stand up when they want to Rob, Rape, Burn and Loot our Cities. Democrats doing what Democrats do. Just let them do what they want and do not arrest them or prosecute them.

Maybe it is time we stand up to the Thugs.

Let the police handle it, unless it directly affects you, your business or your residence. The police are trained in these matters and were in full riot gear and couldn't keep the peace that night.

Going and pretending to be a Barney Bad Ass, standing there with a firearm, is not going to deter anyone in this situation. It's like pouring gasoline on a fire and expecting it to go out.

I have read, watched videos and seen a bunch of pictures on the case, while I do feel the shooting was in self defense, he should have NEVER been in the position to pull the trigger.

An out of town 17yo, with a borrowed firearm, putting himself and others in danger should have never been there to begin with.

How did that work out for those cities? Or should I say for the property owners there? The police were letting it burn, and the DA's were letting those that were caught out hours later.

And in all of those places where they have the problems they want to "Defund the Police"

But lets let the Police handle it. Right.

funny thing. One post on here has a guy who ius a good racer who made real stupid decision is being defended because he is young and made mistake, Then we have a guy who may have made bad decision and went to place where bad people where attacking innocent people and wanted to help.He gets attacked and DEFENDS himself. We have folks calling him murder and saying he wanted trouble and got it. FREAKING AMZING!!!

Kyle Rittenhouse should have had thousands of people to help him protect the City from being burned to the ground, businesses destroyed and lives ruined.

If the Police were not going to do something then we should stand up.

Look at it this way. If he were legally allowed to be where he was with a gun the things happening around him have no bearing on what he did to me.

I could have stood in the middle of the road holding 10 guns here in Oklahoma when there was a small group that was rioting back then. Would it have been prudent? No, it would not but not illegal. Now just because it was a bad time to do it doesn't change the fact that I can.

Now once someone starts attacking me then that is on them and I have the right to stand my ground and protect myself. It doesn't change the law by me being stupid for putting myself in a bad place.

If he were already breaking any laws relating to firearms then that might be his undoing.

There are so many more little details to this that it would be a full time job to keep track of them.
The only thing I came away with was that (in my opinion) anybody that thinks or expects him to get a life time prison sentence is going to be greatly disappointed.

So how far were these cokkroaches that were killed away from their home ? I assume they must have just congregated to sing kum-by-ya and drink ripple .
