Since you have started a discussion with me using a reasonable tone, I'll respond in a like manner..

Again, the name Rush called her was out of line. But once again I believe since liberals are predisposed to looking for something to be used against any repub/conservative they failed and in your case still fail to see the real picture, and what he was trying to get across.

He used her own description of herself and her exaggeration of the cost of birth control against her. If she had not made the comment that it cost 3000.00 over a three year period for contraception he would have had nothing to use and I doubt he would have called he what he did.
They used her numbers and researched the number of condoms that could have been purchased and then used that number to say she could have had sex 4 or 5 times a day for the 3 years she was talking about. We used to call girls that were having sex that many times a day a nympho and or sluts/prostitutes. But in today’s world where the language of yesterday is not correct you just can't say it even if it is true.
That the only place Rush went wrong in my opinion. He says he stooped to the level of liberals in the name calling department and that is also true, Matt Taibbi called Andrew Breitbart a "douche" in his obituary, Keith Olbermann called Michele Malkin a "mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick on it," Bill Maher called Sarah Palin a "cunt" and a "dumb twat," and Ed Schultz called Laura Ingraham a "slut." How is that any different?

You say they are public figures, well just as an FYI Ms. Fluke became a public figure as soon as she sat down in front of the cameras in congress. She wanted the attention or she would have not. She is an activist and that is what they do, call attention to their cause in hopes of changing something.

Another thing, one minute Rush is "just an entertainer" and irrelevent the next he is "the leader of the right". If he is just an entertainer then his show would be scripted (which it isn't, although he has an outline on what he plans to talk about)so whatever he said would be intentional, Maher for example, writes/approves his jokes or monologs and then goes out and tells them.
In this instance Rush has shown he is the better man in that he will and has apologized when he feels he has made a mistake yet liberals in their minds evidently never make mistakes as they rarely apologize.

Also, it has everything to do with the left.. When the left can get away with denigrating everything on the right with no repercussions, as if nothing good ever comes from the right.. That is where I have issues.. No discussion no looking into it before making a decision, it's just flat out wrong only because of where it originates..

Yes, Rush has a 3 hour show and he also has the largest following of either left or right. But you seem to forget where the term "ditto head" came from. It came from the fact that every time someone called they started the conversation with "Rush I agree with you" so instead of wasting time they now just say "dittos".
What that means is the reason Rush is so effective is that he says what the majority of people are thinking and or saying.

As to Rush being an “Attack” show. I guess if he's showing the ignorance of the left and the left doesn't like it then yes, it's an attack. Or for example, the continuous failures of the president (lib or conserv) then I guess that could be considered an attack. But only by those who think giving taxpayer money to companies that end up returning it to his re-election campaign is perfectly OK as an example.
I'd like it better if it was illegal for ANYONE who receives money from the government to be able to contribute to any campaign. (veterans, business, welfare, unions, etc...)

I only blame the liberal media for the fact that they NEVER call attention to what the left is saying or doing only when the right does the same thing is it newsworthy. As I've shown by my examples.

As to advertisers pulling their ads from his show, have you ever heard the phrase the squeaky wheel gets the grease? That is what is going on. The left almost immediately started calling for boycotts, and phone campaigns to Rush's advertisers.
For example, I called and talked with Lending Tree since I was in the process of refinancing my house for a lower interest rate. I had already gone through the process and was down to basically going through underwriting and signing.
I told them to cancel the loan request and explained I didn't want to do business with a company that was playing politics with their customers. They assured me the complaints by the left had nothing to do with it. I asked them if advertising on Rush's show was effective and they said it was but they didn't approve of the language he used. I asked if the advertised on abc, cbs, nbc, or hbo.. All I got was stutters. I thanked the man and said no thanks.
I'd bet at some point when the furor dies down Lending Tree will be trying to get back on his show.

I'm now approved and in underwriting with USAA, for a better intrest rate than offered with Lending Tree. Go to their facebook page and you will see there is more against them than for them on this matter.

All I'll say at this point on your predictions of the vote, is it's still early in the race. The repubs don't even have a candidate yet, and they haven't started campaining against Nobama. I try not to count my chickens to early..
