My car has similar logic to it. When the tank is empty the engine won’t fire.

I’ve seen door car racers forget to turn the Fuel pump and/or the Water pump on with engine running. Programmable controls like that FT600 can do all this and more. Not familiar with the PDU programming software, but could very well do some of exact same. Cool stuff.

I love the tech stuff so with a new car it seemed like the thing to do.

I didn’t use the fueltech push button setup as i understand it ties up several inputs and outputs. This is the ecumaster keypad. The pdu will tie top the ft600 and read data from the efi thru the can system, which is just something to play with. That’s how you can tell it to turn the fan on when the temp reaches xx or something like that. My tail light is a brake/tail so im going to try to read brake pressure (already had the sensor) and use that to make the brake light work…. Just playing around

Fuel tech is all I have used, the 2 nozzles are screwed into the procharger to mike with the air..... just nozzles and 2 solenoids that I control with the efi

It's pretty nifty and something I have toyed with. Just hard to come up with enough advantages so far so I haven't.

Do you turn your nozzles on based upon boost pressure? And just one flow rate or pdm'ing the solenoid? Pretty slick for sure. I'm guessing this is a methanol engine? How many and what size of injectors? I had always assumed that the iat's weren't that big of a deal with the methanol setups since it probably chills it when it makes it down to the injectors anyhow. But maybe i'm wrong. I don't run any intercooler with the turbos. Did you see a power or consistency benefit when you added it or was there never an a to b test?

I cant tell you what they flow, maybe on his website, Prometh. i turn one on and then the other (just on time) so it doesn't dump alot of fuel all at once. Iat is roughly 300 going in, and when I run a carb, it drops the temp down to 95 or so. but with efi the temp doesn't drop due to where the fuel gets introduced, intake runner at the head. just 2 injectors so far... on alky

when i switched to efi it slowed the car a good bit and started hurting spark plugs so we had to turn the timing way down and add fuel to get ahead, now with lower iat we have been able to slowly go back up on timing some and I was able to get my et back.

I’m looking at these zoomies and all tubes have bungs. I assume this is for the O2 sensors? How many sensors does FuelTech use to maintain the desired programmed settings? Closed Loop, Yes?

yes 8 o2's, you can use all 8 or any combination of the 8 including 1 to tune in closed loop. egt's are on the bottom

You have much individual cylinder exhaust DA. What O2 sensor brand are you using or able to use? Does FuelTech offer modules that terminate all O2 and EGT to a common CAN-bus hub?
