You are missing a lot by not going a little bit South. Norwalk is right there in Northern Ohio along with Cedar Point Amusement park. At least you are going

Thanks Fern,

We are very familiar with Cedar Point have been many...many times when younger. We consider it the best amusement park we've been to.

We didn't go to the local dragstrip today they were repaving this weekend. Hoping the Fling door car race lands in Norwalk. There's still no announcement where it will be. I might consider hauling there if it does, but the Camaro is not where I want it yet for that caliber of race.

Hope all is well with everyone!

Happy Sunday kids... Fern, 2BKING, Cedar Point is by far the best park for thrill rides. Haven't been in years. Maybe it's time for a refresher visit? I watched some of the IHRA race yesterday. They're putting on a really good show. I may head to GALOT when they run there.

Amazing thing happened yesterday/today. Over 24 hours without rain. LOL. Been a semi productive weekend I suppose, just not on the race car. Still have tomorrow, so I need to get in gear. At least both yards are finally mowed. I feel better about myself now. Having problems with my primary mower over the week, so worked on it yesterday and today. Got an oil leak that may require removing the engine. No bueno.... Tensioner pulley bearing is getting loud as well. Easy fix, once the new one comes in. Installed new shocks on my golf cart, since the originals were blown out. Whoever engineered these EZ-GO units is an idiot. No room for the top nut. Had to use the sawzall on one of them. Test ride done, and noticed a fuel leak, (it's a gasser). Damm fuel bowl. That's on for tomorrow I suppose. Should be simple enough. Should have 2-3 hours tomorrow to give the car some attention.

Y'all have a great weekend..

I don't know where I was when they announced Galot for the Fling door car race. My wife found it last night when we were having drinks around the fire. While Galot is a nice track, was hoping for Norwalk; one of my bucket list tracks.

BTR,

Totally agree with Cedar Point! We did stay nearby for one night in Put-in-Bay; nice ferry ride & too much drinking!

2BKING out for now. Smile

William did you miss the two $50k races at VMP? I watched some but found it to waste to much time. Last night at 3 cars it was Micheal Paschal with 2 entries and Richard Alford in Chad Dukes Camaro. Richard beat one of Paschals entries curfew got them and somehow they declared Richard the overall winner although they did not run the final. To much track time wasted after 10 cars or they could have finished. Glad to see my long time friend Richard win one.

I got out there and got my rear end housing all cleaned up and ready for the 3rd member to be put back in. The temp was just right for working on it. 4 wheeler won't crank so thats another project and the grass keeps growing. Life is good. Everyone stay safe.

Fern, I didn't catch any of the VMP race, but read a short bit about it today. Supposedly flipped a coin to determine the winner. About to head to the garage to get my hands dirty. Wish me luck... LOL
