$6.05 for regular at the Shell station across the street from where I have breakfast every morning in El Cajon, Ca. Once the California "Summer Blend" price increases I would not be surprised to see regular gas up around $7.00 a gallon (Until we approach the Mid-Term elections) then mysteriously the prices will drop over night.

Gassed up yesterday at circle k-$4.04. Chevron across the street $4.49. Little cheapo minimart across from them-$3.77. Cars lined up for a half mile waiting to get in. Price went up $.17 at all three stations over night. With nascar in town, gas on the strip is $4.99 cheapest. When everyone wants to leave town tomorrow night or monday morning, I bet it will be over $5.00

Just paid $4.019 for 100% gas. Highest I have ever paid. I believe it was $3.59 for the regular stuff with ethanol in it.

Filled up at $3.17 the other day, plus two jugs. Made the 4hr trip to the Pittsburgh Practice Tree Challenge yesterday. Used one 5gal jug to avoid paying extra-stupid PA taxes ($4.19 out there) and was able to get back home with room to spare. Signed up for Giant Eagle Advantage Pay before I left. Just filled up for $3.09 and refilled my one empty jug. Cool

Also stopped by my normal race fuel place to see how prices were. Turbo Blue, $8.99/gal, still cheaper than the majority of race tracks under far better circumstances.

Research, planning, and use of various apps and discount programs can really help.

I used to know where the cheaper stations were and tried to fill up at them.
But at these prices, you really have to watch how far you drive, how much idling you are doing, and how much speed you really need to get somewhere.
I was at a station yesterday that was 4.199 for the cheapest. As I got out of my truck,it already went up to 4.459.
Today,it was 4.599.
Once these price increases hit the grocery stores and everything else, this country is going to fall hard.

According to that it was $.31 when I started driving a car but I remember only paying $.19 to $.20 a gal. Might depend on where you lived. Fill up a 20 gal tank for $4.00!

Now where did G Mas post go?

For the first time ever I saw Diesel at 5.15 in my hometown. Then you find it at the lowest of $4.39. That's in a town with a Refinery. This is getting stupid.

Oil is on it's way down again. $101.29 for WTI right at the moment. $90 would be a good price again for me.

El Cajon California Shell station on March 21......$6.799 for regular. I have been alive long enough to remember when you could buy a gallon of gas for .13, how did it get to $6.80 ?

A guy would have to drain his 401 AND take out a Home Equity line of credit to fill the gas tank in his Chevy pick up truck.

Biden is a moron to not increase production in America, UNLESS he and Hunter Biden can find a way to personally profit from America's misery.

Don't wait for the next election....IMPEACH the TRAITOR!.

Here in the free state of Florida gas prices follow the interstates and turnpike. The further away you get from them the less expensive the fuel. Prices on my gas buddy app show a high of $4.49 down to $3.89. Also depends in what part of town. The southern part of St Lucie county (not the cheap seats) the prices are the highest. The northern part of the county (the cheap seats) gas is almost .30 per gallon cheaper. Go figure.

Cheapest diesel I've seen is in Okeechobee and Spring Hill.

The poorer the populace in the area, the cheaper the fuel.

It's all to manage the number of cars insured (potemkin village).
