A week and a half after my J&J, and I have to say I'm off a step. I tire more easily doing the same things I did a few weeks back. I sure hope this improves.

That's the one I ended up getting.I just wanted one so I went with that one.
I haven't really felt the same since.
If I'm not mistaken, didn't you have positive antibodies also?
Maybe that it why it hits us so hard.I'm about 3 months in.Still off a step.If I was a box racer,I would take some delay out.lol.

Yes in March. Our country is woeful in publishing any data on reinfections and the effects of the vaccines on whatever earned immunity one may have.

Yes,it is unbelievable how information is censored regarding side effects and reinfection.

If I live long enough,I am pretty confident that I will be part of a class action lawsuit that involves those that had proven positive antibodies and were forced to get vaccinated or face termination.

There is not a pill in the world that doesn’t have side effects. Not to mention it would be the same regulatory government agency saying the pill is safe as it is saying the vaccine is safe. Unsure why people are so scared of a shot and side effects from it, but not from a pill

Sure a lot of you afraid of these shots. If my 80 year old a$$ can get them with no side affects why not you? I’ll tell you why, afraid. If I was afraid of every little thing like a shot (that may or may not save my life) I would do nothing. I have done things all my life that might get me killed without any chance of them helping me. This just may save your life. Better yet it may save someone you knows life. One little needle and you make every BS excuse in the world that holds no water to avoid it. It’s a chance worth taking

Had a friend that got a pfizer shot last week, within a day hurt all over, dizzy and they discovered kidneys were trying to shut down.
To this point the "experts" don't know what to do, giving IV's that provide some relief.

TAKE IT TO THE BANK!!!!!

I suspect I've stated this earlier in this thread.

I get my medical advice from my Doctor. He recommended I get the vaccine. I got the J&J because that's what was available for me at that time. (March). A few weeks ago he recommended I get the booster. HOWEVER, unlike the FDA, and the drug companies he said to stick to the brand I got the first time. He said "although all of the vaccines are similar, there is difference between them." He also said "instead of a 1 size fits all approach *they* should be studying the differences, and the different possible side effects".

I got my booster a couple weeks ago with no side effects. However, I did manage to almost give the pharmacist that administered the shot a heart attack. (I wanted to do this with my original "shot" but my wife didn't want me to.) As soon as he looked away, after giving me the shot I popped an alka seltzer in my mouth. I was walking around like a zombie foaming at the mouth. (some of you may remember me doing this at the track on occasion). He was freaking out until I started laughing. He said he's going to do that when he get's his booster.

If you get the booster, a flu shot, or any other kind of injection pop an alka seltzer so you can foam at the mouth after the shot. Their reaction is priceless.

I used to be a people person, but people ruined that.

I think it was around 6 months ago a 37 year old nurse, mother of 3 got her 2nd Moderna shot on a Monday. By Tuesday she became very sick and her kidneys and other organs started shutting down. By Thursday she was dead.
You never know how it will effect you until you get the shot. I got the Moderna 1st shot I felt like crap for 2 days, 2nd shot had no effect on my at all.

IMO the boosters are driven by money and politics and I have no plan on getting a booster

So I get up this morning and turn on ABC News.

Now they claim there is an alarming new variant in other countries that seems to be evading vaccine.

So all these folks that have been screaming for months...GET VACCINATED!

Now what?

I would be willing to bet that it peaks in the U.S. soon before the November mid-terms to justify mail-in voting and ballot harvesting.

I understand your personal feelings and risk/reward for your health, and certainly respect it. But I can tell you for certain that my reaction to the vaccine was not due to any fear.
