It is on the lower East Coast, it has been proven on here many times that it isn't so much on the upper East Coast, particularly in NJ near NYC.

O2 sensor was bouncing between 440-460 mv, but was mostly right around 453 mv.

I will have to look back at the spreadsheet and check the other numbers. The duty cycle on the injectors was around 1.7% when it was trying to idle and 1.1% at 2200 rpm. It was surging between 550 and 750 trying to idle. The idle air control is constantly going from extend to retract.

My problem is that I am looking at all this data on the screen trying to figure out what it is telling me.

This thing being in Roseburg, that is an hour and a half away doesn't help either.

Brian, Sorry I forgot to tell you that you were correct in that the TB to intake gasket was bad. That was the first thing to get replaced a couple months ago. Then the throttle body came back off last weekend and got the pressure regulator rebuilt with a kit from NAPA and two new/rebuilt injectors from NAPA installed in it.

Sounds to me like the O2 is not working or heating up. It is staying right in the middle. It should have a bigger swing for .90 to 900
