O2 sensor was bouncing between 440-460 mv, but was mostly right around 453 mv. I will have to look back at the spreadsheet and check the other numbers. The duty cycle on the injectors was around 1.7% when it was trying to idle and 1.1% at 2200 rpm. It was surging between 550 and 750 trying to idle. The idle air control is constantly going from extend to retract. My problem is that I am looking at all this data on the screen trying to figure out what it is telling me. This thing being in Roseburg, that is an hour and a half away doesn't help either. | |||

Brian, Sorry I forgot to tell you that you were correct in that the TB to intake gasket was bad. That was the first thing to get replaced a couple months ago. Then the throttle body came back off last weekend and got the pressure regulator rebuilt with a kit from NAPA and two new/rebuilt injectors from NAPA installed in it. | |||

Sounds to me like the O2 is not working or heating up. It is staying right in the middle. It should have a bigger swing for .90 to 900 | |||
