Hey guys, go check out the throttle stop thread in Tech Talk.

I made a comment about how Ed's new throttle stop looks very much like one I had 30 years ago. It was purely just an observation, but he immediately responded to my post as to start trouble. and you can guess how it went from there......same old crap.

And Ed, I know you are reading this, have a nice day.

Bump bump

Dennis Reid developed the Stop in the 70’s as well as a bunch of other devises back then.. Not worthy What an asset for the racing community.

I bet that simple white trailer has offshore bearings, lights etc...

Wasn't Reid the guy behind Dedenbear?

Used to run Dedenbear timers and delay boxes, they were the gold standard back in the day......

LOL its nothing more than a billet version of the Dedenbear throttle stop that came out like the bender says "30 years ago". Funny how now all of a sudden someone puts the same fundamental design on a billet throttle body and it becomes an amazing piece of work that just is the absolute best thing in the world. Same principle same concept, different packaging. I'm with the bender on this one.

Dedenbear had awesome stuff, hated to see Reid get out (sold Dedenbear business) of the electronics side of racing.

So what you are saying is that it doesn't repeat any better just because it is billet aluminum instead of cast? HMMMM

My cast one works great when the setup numbers are right... I tried a rod deal and it would not repeat very well... It was like chasing a wild dog....
