i think if you look at your own birth certificate you will see it also includes the name of the hospital you were born in ..and the name of the attending doctor on the birth certificate...

The wording you provided early is an opinion on the scope of the clause.

The original wording is...

"To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes; ..."

Regulate does not mean intervene, take control, appoint board members, or own any portion of a private company that's business deals in interstate commerce.
