Wow, an 800 sq ft home for only $900,000? Well, the savings on electricity will pay off the added investment in 342 years.

Missed posting this little gem that was touted as a great advance while the queer illegal alien was skulking around Vegas.
The solar panels on Nellis Air Force base supposedly provide 1/4 of the bases electrical power and save $1,000,000.00 annually, undoubtedly that figure is at least triple the real savings as the greenies tend to exaggerate by at least that number!
The kicker is the solar panels ONLY cost $100,000,000.00 to install, that means they will pay for themselves in 100 years, if one swallows the exaggerated savings, IF they require $00.00 in maintenance!!!!!!!!!!

YEAH, it's been blazing hot in Vegas, only 10 to 12 degrees below average lately!
Now that IS HOT compared to ****inson, North Dakota where they had two (2) inches of snow, snow in June for the first time in 60 years, AND Green Bay, Wisconsin where they set an all time record low/high temperature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 days!! Funny you waited until you had 2 consecutive days of below average temps but couldn't answer my question when you had 39 consecutive days above average.

Up to 14 days 8,10 and 12 degrees below normal in Vegas, how many days does an 8, 10 or 12 degree below average day take to offset a bunch of 1,2 and 3 degree above average days???????????????????

Between April and June, 39 straight days and 45 out of 47 of above average temps, 22 of those 7° or more. You figure it out.

Based on the arguments presented here: We had a drought in NC last year, therefore the world is going to become a desert. This year we've had plenty of rain, therefore the world is going to be consumed by floods.

"Vegas" and "Green Bay" are not "Global". The arguments on either side have nothing to do with the topic. The ping-pong battle of "It was hot somewhere this week!" and "It was cold somewhere this week!" are meaningless.

MB, that's exactly the point I have made on this thread several times. I'm glad somebody recognizes this. The only reason I've been pointing out Las Vegas' weather is to oppose all the times Koski noted isolated incidents contradicting warming and wondering why he never noted the warm spells they've had. Just like you said it's nothing more than an isolated regional incident just like all the rest. It has very little to do with the overall GW/CC data. I just find it funny that every single time anybody who posts on here has a couple days of cool air in their local area they won't hesitate to mention it.

BTW, we had 4.6" of rain between November and April making it the second driest dry season on record for SoFL. We've also had over 20" in most of Palm Beach county in the last 30 days. Does that mean anything? Hardly.

Jeremy,
The only thing about global warming you can be sure of is that when it is accepted as fact it will be Obamas or liberals fault.
