Car is at paint and body. This will likely be one of the last photos I post until the car is completed and ready to hit the track

This painter has done 4 weeks of insane body work and priming. Can’t wait to see him lay the paint

Went up and saw it last week with the paint and a some fit and finish started. The detail of the guys at maddox is insane

Also, the car was at paint less 2 miles from lake lure when the hurricane hit. Very fortunate that painter was safe, and so was the car

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Mine is not nearly as nice as yours but it will be fun to cruise around in.

When are you going to show us the car after paint? What color did you go with? I have been watching on this thread you building the car and it looks so nice. The details like the wiring and battery charging lugs on side make it super nice and are very time consuming.

It is certainly the small details. Maddox wired up the headlights to a door jam sensor set in the front clip, so when you take the front clip off you do not have to unwire the headlights

I am hoping to pick it up next Saturday. I’m going to take some pictures after the pickup and then post. So, probably 10-14 days
