Loving this weather Fern. I'll be complaining about the cold soon enough though. LOL. Race wise, I'm still on the sideline. Cometic didn't have head gaskets available when ordered. Said it would be a few weeks before they can get to making the ones I need. Based on their estimated timeline, Maybe a couple more weeks? Other than head gaskets, the engine is ready for reassembly. Might head out to Rockingham Friday or Saturday to watch the divisional. Been looking forward to this weekend all season long, so pretty bummed out by missing it.

Hope the shots work out well for ya. I know folks who've had great results with them. I had 4 over a month period in 2017 and got a whopping 30 minutes relief after the 4th. First 3 mad zero difference. Sticking with ice and the PT exercises I've learned over 30'ish years for the foreseeable future...

Hey friends, miss you all. Can't remember where I last checked in, so the quick version is, my girlfriend and I bought a house a year ago, and it was a rush to get her out of her apartment, then we went on vacation to catch our breath, the holidays, then it was time to empty my house out to sell, all that fun stuff. We love it, and as things slow down we'll get ourselves organized and purge what needs purging. I hope you're all doing well. I'll be back!

Glad to hear you are doing well Chuck, been a long time. William I just now got back home so if I can get my head wrapped around it I may go to Farmington Sat....These shots usually last me about 4-5 months and make a big difference. Everyone stay safe
