You said he was convicted for "The crook Tom DeLay gerrymandered the state congressional districts to make the Repubs a sure thing. Isn't he going to prison for that? " That was not truth. He was convicted for Money Laundering. If you believe he is the only one that has put campaign money in different areas to help campaigns win you are sadly mistaken. He was convicted for money laundering because he was taking money in in the name of multiple campaigns and funneling them to areas of the state that needed additional funding. This meant that people who could only donate "X" amount legally did so, but also donate "y" amount to another campaign and he cooked his books to show they were spent on those campaigns. There was nothing around redistricting. Now, whoever controls the house has the oppurtunity to do the redistricting based on the people and population in those areas. I am sure you know that. And every politician wants to be able to make themselves more "electable" in the next campaign. redistricting is legal and is somewhat subjective. So you saying that he was convicted for redistricting is absolutly false. Should he be locked up, absolutly. But all of the politicians are most likely guilty of the same thing, just smarter about it or on a smaller scale. How about your boy Obamer, working the Wisconsin fiasco from the white house.
