For over a year now the rocket scientist politicians in Clark County have been doing all they can to give people weighing from 100 to whatever moving from 3 to 4 MPH the "right-of-way" over 3,000 to 80,000 pound vehicles moving from 25 to 75 MPH.
Some of these boobs, without a doubt also "stupid voters", now apparently believe where ever they step off of the curb is a pedestrian crossing!
