You never know! What can you run to the 1/8? The group that we run with ranges from 3.70-4.40.

I've never posted a photo so hopefully the above works, but this is first round results from a few weeks ago. I'm sure you can hang in there! And as you can tell from my round, if you're good on the tree you have a chance too Wink

I can go mid 4.30's with my current combo on a good track.

I'm probably going testing at SGMP on the 24th, there is a small group renting the track. I really need to get some seat time in this car. This is a great opportunity to do that. Right after that I'm taking the engine apart to upgrade the internals.

How often do they run that at BMP? What is the entry/payout?

We race once a month, but skip summer months of June and July... It's $100 entry fee for $1200W/$600RU on a regular weekend. The ODRC event we had a few weeks ago was $200 entry for $2500 to win. Snowbirds is $200 entry for $5000 to win.

Sorry for not responding to your PM from a few weeks ago, I don't actually log in often and just saw it when I logged in to post earlier!

Silly question, but did you really qualify 8th?

Shooting for the #1 guy 1st round? If so it worked.

Run on a Protree?

Yes, we did qualify 8th, No, it was definitely not on purpose! First session we shook so hard that it broke open a battery, broke the CSR smart start box, bent the wheelie bar bolts and shook the coupler out of the rearend and shoved it into the back of the Lenco causing the motor to hit the high side chip. We spent the rest of the day repairing and fixing everything that broke on that pass. We went into race day completely lost! Dad threw a tune up at it and said "cut a light" LOL...

Those sound like some COOL races.
I wish we had some up here like that.

We do have a Pro Comp series which is cool with a 6.20 et cut off but the races are falling more on Sundays which is a tough drive (BAD traffic, usually a 3.5 hour drive BUT when Sunday beach traffic starts it more like 6 hours).
