Well I guess I am opening myself up for being poked fun at ridiculed bashed etc. But I have ran Barry Grant stuff for years in my 650 ish HP small blocks only had one issue way back a small leak in one 280 pump and found it to be a loose set screw I didnt even know was there. I am now running a BG 400 new style pump on my current set up as it was on cat when I bought it. I have rebuilt many of these over the years and have really never had one let me down. I wished things had worked out better for Barry I have read all the stories .

For what its worth, belt drive pump and tank in the front is my vote. Gas or methanol, it just makes sense. And for the cost of these electric fuel pumps these days, quite possibly a cheaper option. Shold never have a fuel delivery problem.

With electric pumps, it seems no matter the brand there will always be an issue at some point in time. Belt drive/cam drive pumps seem to live a much longer lifespan.

If there is a remote possibility that you will change to alky or start using nitrous, i would go with a 500 gph pump, brand of your choice.

A couple advised going with Aeromotive over the Holley. The 11209 looks like a good fit for me, a little more than a Blue with regulator, but less than a black, with regulator. The 11209 is internally regulated to 7 psi.
Better choice?
