True a backfire after burnout or when you shut it down is different than a top end miss. That would make me want to do a leakdown test and compression test. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/ "Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge. Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue. 4X NE2 CHAMPION. 2020 TDRA NE2 Champion

My car used to do that exact thing from an exhaust leak after the burnout and when lifting at the end of a run. If it is from the exhaust look there first. Curtis ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner

It's thru the pipes, muffled boom! most people can't even hear it happen. I'll check header bolts, sounds quiet standing next to it... I'm going to lean it til it slows, 94 pill next. Nasty Top End Miss is gone...that was the coil from last year....This message has been edited. Last edited by: Richie,
