I've always ran welding cable. Way more flexible and can carry more current than battery cable due to more strands of wire inside.... I like that the article mentions Polar Wire. They are right here in Anchorage and I get my wiring stuff from them. They are a bit pricey compared to other stuff, but the wire they make is exceptional. I highly recommend them.
