Anyone here use Pro1 , from Texas .
I am looking at their light weight pants 3 2A-5 and wondering anyone has them . Sizing ? I am a pretty skinny guy 135/138lbs & 5 10 1/2 .
Currently i have to wear braces as stretch waist wont hold em up . These have adjustable waist straps seem a better idea .
thanks in advance

Tex

I think the Pro 1 suits are the best made. The -5 are lightweight and cool. The waist band stays tight much better than other brands I have used even in Texas heat stepping up on my tire to get in. I would call them and talk to Charlotte to get best size for you.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

I use a Pro 1 -15 suit, and its the most comfortable jacket and pants i have ever had. Ive warn a -5 pro 1 and it was very comfortable as well.

Tex, I can't answer your question because I don't use their stuff but I'm kinda in your same boat.

31" waist, long legs and long arms. I'm only 5' 11" but I buy long jacket and pants to go with my monkey arms. LOL

I wear the pants that are too large, with braces as you would say, because in the summer I just drop the pants between rounds to keep cool.

I just wear em all day when racing . no sence scaring anyone with my chicken legs.
To be honest its a pain in the arse having to wear braces . I'd use a belt but none have loops . So Pro1 seem bestcompromise

If it were me, I’d purchase both and return the one I didn’t want. This way you have a better choice at a small return expense.

I like everything about the Pro1 product other than the only one color offering for the jacket.

I had belt loops sewn into my pants by a friend. It was even done with Nomex thread. I have the thread in my trailer if I need to prove it.

That’s much easier in the states though.

thanks guys for the replies . Markemark I might well look at that idea , see what they can offer on shipping and return options . A little up front but quicker and easier solution .
And if they have belt loops , time to give them a call this week .
