I have a pro 1 -15 suit.

As I recall jacket sizing is a little weird, they run big. I’m 5/11 190 and a large in most other jackets but the medium pro 1 fits me well. Not sure if that’s the same on the -5 but pretty sure the sizing was mentioned on the website.

thanks 329L
But is the pants waist sizing same as for your jeans size or different ?
Tex

I wear a 34 wait pants, and the Large pants fit me great. I went with an xlarge jacket to be safe, and could have went with the large, but was affraid it would be too tight in the cooler months, when you are typically 5-10lbs heavier.

Gruesome as the thought is, I do consider when I'm dressing how hard it will be for paramedics to strip me, should the need arise.

My youngest son was a Lifeflight paramedic. They have really good scissors. The suit isn't a problem. LOL

Funny. I was just about to ask how hard to remove pants. My Simpson sfi 20 is a real PIA to get my pants off at end of day. The cuffs are the main reason betting them over the ankle and foot almost need someone pulling them. Since my wife will not go to track, Noway in hell am I asking a crew guy to help here. It is a 10-minute fight to get the damn things off.

I am seriously thinking about ordering a Jacket from them if can get it separately because the Simpson is just damn stiff and uncomfortable as hell.

All this talk about fire suits has me looking at the Sparco & Pro 1 suits. Nothing wrong with my current G-Force fire suit, except it's heavy, stiff & hot. I had a Simpson many moons ago & it was the same as the G-force.

A lightweight Sparco is in my future sometime.

thanks , guys
329L , thanks so seems runs somewhat close to jean size .
I will make a calll in a day or so . I doubt I will see under 30"again , I am nearly 58 but I might eventually go to a 31 . Pro 1 are happy for me to order both and refund on 1 . Shipping from Oz to USA is cheaper than the other way .

Simpsons been a commie company for almost a decade now. Atleast they dont put "usa" in their logo.

I dont know about most of ya but I'm sick of having to spend hrs researching where every single damn piece of race equipment or part I buy is manufactured because for some reason people are buying enough from these cracker jack commie outfits to keep them operational.

Pro 1 belts are made in America right here in United States of Texas, I know that.

Some of the clothing I think may be made for them somewhere else.

Regardless of where it is made they are the best ones I have used.
Thank you for reminding me, I am going to go order another custom Pro 1 jacket.

Maybe if ya cared a little more about what you buy ya'll wouldnt suck so bad, maybe thats a little far fetched but you probably get the point. Ya see, real Americans expect the same high standard of manufacturing that kept your helpless island from bowing down to the emporer of japan every morning and eating with chopsticks. You're welcome by the way.
