I must apologize to my little "engine that couldn't"....it has turned into a pretty good piece after I showed it a little AFR cylinder head love.

Went 1.34 / 4.12 / 6.48 / 10.36 yesterday on a 45 degree test and tune track.
It's going to be a ticket printer.

But I'm just a hilljack career test and tuner with junk...

I keep hearing about 23 degree sbc AFR heads being fast out of the box, but it's never observable in nature.

Dunno why?

When people I know get tired of getting out run by THE RIPPER n/a Brodix 23 sbc, they buy baby blowers.

Dunno why?

AFR is a great head and I have a set on my 565 in my Beretta.

You can make all the claims you want but my 23* stockblock makes more power than your welded slow OTB 6.40 RIPPER

Never said special, special is too subjective a word.

I said unparalleled.

I figured someone would show up to prove me incorrect, but nope, nobody did.

Mike....you're just looking someone to banter with and act like you've got something no one else has and you don't.
You can show all the time slips and videos you want but you still don't have anything to brag about.
I could match your weight and still outrun you with my 23* turd

Fantasy Dragway may be.

6.40 or slower 3200lbs, conventional out of the box 23 degree sbc 6.40 or slower, this mph is unparalleled until you bring observable evidence, anything you say until then is just overly emotional ranting & raving (woman).

We're talking unparalleled et's and mph. 2800 sbc cars dipping in the 5's are a dime a dozen.

Have you ever seen a 3200 lb factory condition all steel Nova with steel bumpers and a set of out of the box Brodix T1, AFR, or any other conventional 23 dip in the 5's sbc 1/8 mile n/a on a 10 x 28 bias?

We're not talking power, we're talking unparalleled mph at 3200lbs 6.40 or slower.

Power is easy to figure.

Bill Simpkins 3240 Nova runs pretty good.

Are you trying to say that the car runs faster than 6.34, and the MPH proves that? Was it on a stop or something?

Oh OK.. Guess you mean at that track or something. Because that ticket at a 6.50 race usually means LOSS.

It's all good, I just don't get it.
