That's not really Ed. Anyway, I've got 3 of them. They have no issues and they get great mileage. I used to be a people person, but people ruined that.

Ed already knows and ordered one, just wanted to hear the opinion of those that bought one, after a few months and several thousand miles of driving one. There are some have issues... I have a 2012 Chevy 3500 4x4 DRW CC 6.6 diesel. Has the same motor/trans as 2015 models. I drive it daily for work. Currently has 65,000 miles. Gets about 12.5-13.5 mpg city. I really never go anywhere on the highway unloaded, but when I haul my 32'Haulmark the mileage is in the 9 mpg range. Really no major issues in the three years I've owned it. Mark Brown

No one as far as I have seen or heard. Ford is using aluminum in the body and box, but a steel frame.

Please don't buy one, they'll end up out of buisiness like your dragster manufacturer. We have a '14 and it gets 20 mpg towing, I think thats pretty decent, our freightliner only gets 13 mpg towing that stacker. .991 60' 4.36 @ 159 so far..... 6.86 @ 198 trying for more...... 533" single carb 235" Harrison 4-link

I thought that was the "fake" Ed, since the real one's on my ignore list. Apparently if someone on your ignore list starts a thread that post shows up. Anyway, I work at a Chevy dealer, so I know a little about these trucks. Starting with the 2011's there was some additional emission equipment required. I've seen..........(I hate to say a "bunch" of problems, but it's more than a "few")..... problems with these new emission components, but only on 2011 models. Obviously the 2015's haven't been out long, but the engine/drivetrain hasn't changed, only the body style. I love the new body style. FWIW the 2014 1500's were the new body style, but the 2500 and 3500 models didn't get the new body until 2015. A coworker of mine has a 2015 Dmax 2500HD. He loves it. The recalls are basically a joke. Apparently there was some trucks that made it through the assembly line with some clamps improperly installed on the power steering return lines. The recall is a simple visual inspection...that should be performed as part of a pre delivery inspection anyway. I can't comment on the Fords or Dodges. I haven't even seen a new one in person. If I had made "poor life choices" I might own a Ford or Dodge, but I haven't. I used to be a people person, but people ruined that.
