American Humane Society said that the dogs left at the airport are military contract dogs, belonging to private contracting companies.

“I am devastated by reports that the American government is pulling out of Kabul and leaving behind brave U.S. military contract working dogs to be tortured and killed at the hand of our enemies,” wrote Dr. Robin R. Ganzert, president and CEO of American Humane. “These brave dogs do the same dangerous, lifesaving work as our military working dogs, and deserved a far better fate than the one to which they have been condemned.”

Though KSAR raised funds to secure a charter flight to take the dogs to safety, no plane ever touched down.

Pahon estimated that there are around 150 contract dogs left on the ground.

The 200 plus Americans that are still in Afghanistan are now HOSTAGES. If we pay a HOSTAGE FEE to get them out then all Americans will be vulnerable if they are in another country. That would put a price any American in the future. Biden needs to set precedent that we won't pay a HOSTAGE FEE and get the stranded Americans out.

There's a video I got on a FB pm what the Taliban is doing to Afghan soldiers, brutal.

They should've fought and killed the Taliban, while they had the chance to fight.

Demonic in nature

Nothing will change at the border until something changes in Washington.

Agree fern. The last War we won was WWII. And that's because we fought to win.
Todays American politician and most Americans have no stomach for winning a war. To me it's like we shadow box while our enemies take turns knocking the S hit out of us.

Jimmy Carter had them take AMERICANS hostage to. Weak leadership leads to others taking advantage of you.

Dictator Biden had a statement carefully worded saying he got dogs out. But that was not the whole truth in fact it was a LIE. Most are still there and if not dead already will be soon.

The arms were left there on purpose. Obama has been making sure they had everything they needed to fight since he was in office. Who are we kidding, he's still in office.

No need to worry.....

Biden approval rating tanks, and he’d lose to Trump in 2024: polls

Only 44% of voters surveyed approve of his job performance, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll out Friday.

Plus, an Emerson College poll shows Biden would lose to former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical showdown for president if both ran in 2024 — 47-46 percent.

But heading into the Labor Day weekend, Biden’s job approval, to quote NBC News, is “underwater.”

Obama and Joe's Arms supplies

Deal 1 DOJ arms the cartels in Mexico so they can have power

Deal 2 Military removed from Iraq. Leave all the weapons and high tech equipment to create power for ISIS

Deal 3 Joebama leaves Afghanistan. The largest supply of free weapon systems, vehicles, and bio-metric information systems.

See a trend? Who is next? Do we just give Iran the nuclear plans and parts now and get it over with?

That is until the results get counted...
The Democrats have 2 1/2 years to perfect the next way they are going to sabotage the election system. Don't think they are not hard at work on the plan today.

I think most people are aware that any soldier that leaves his rifle behind will be court marshaled. The logic is obvious, a rifle left behind could be picked up by the enemy and used against his fellow soldiers. For the brass, not so much. Shining more light on our military.

As far as I'm concerned there has not been a military leader conducting our war fighting since WWII when we started the UN in 1945. We no longer fight to destroy and win, we fight to not be thought harshly of and try to make like we are not the bad guy's.
Since then our wars/conflicts have been ran out of a politicians office. That explains why we have never won a war since. And fighting out of a politicians office is the same as fighting from a military contractors office.

As to leaving/losing your weapon and being court-martialed. There are different rules governing that if it is on the battlefield or CONUS/training.
You will definitely get burned if it is stateside or training.
I can remember Ft Hood and other bases being locked down for days or until it was found when a piece of sensitive equipment was lost in the training area, let alone a weapon.
What we are seeing here is a deliberate abandonment of equipment by our "civilian" and military leadership.

I had a company commander standing over the hatch of a M2 Bradley with a thermite grenade ready to destroy it when it broke down on the wrong side of the berm in Iraq. Iraqi troops were supposedly advancing on them. Fortunately my recovery team got it running and brought it home. The mechanics were awarded Bronze Stars for their actions.
Stupid as it was. (a piece of equipment is not worth a life.)
I have also seen equipment shoved in a hole and burned/buried when we abandoned an area.

So this is nothing new other than it was equipment that will be turned against our allies or ourselves that should have been destroyed not abandoned.

I was assigned multiple AR 15-6 investigations during desert Storm and a few before/after. Just for information. Some equipment loss can be written off as a battlefield loss and no one is held accountable. (I have seen that used to "fix" shortages..lol

100+ NVG's missing

So while I agree with some of Canted Valves thoughts on the subject, I may have a somewhat different view. This instance should lie at the President and his advisors feet. THEY should be court-martialed and receive other than honrable at minimum.

My opinion.

Dave
