For those of you that might be wondering, I did not get that 3.6x pass last weekend. It was on it's way to what would have been a 3.6x or very close to it, but a broken crankshaft at the top of 1st gear ended my weekend. The only thing I got was my best 60' and 330' ever.

Well, at least I didn't run over the crank. The damage looks minimal, no real block damage, it could have been alot worse for sure. The crank is literally in two pieces. It was coming apart for a freshen up after that race anyways.

.932 60', 2.45 330', crank broke at 1.95, so it was already coasting for .5 at the 330'............

If the new Bryant crank is a participation trophy, why do I have to pay for it?

It's been my experience that they always seem to run better or pick up some ET or speed, right before they blow up.
