Me? Well... permitted and repaired all ok, septic repair was not, estimated 37k fir new engineeered system. They came down on that and some other items we found. I was telling Moe the story texting. It’s ours now we are happy and packing the shop Blue Man Wow where did all this stuff come from? 10 bbc 6 sbc, heads for both, 14 manifolds..... crap... leaving my lift and ac/heat pump... already secured those. Cash so it’s closing quick. Too quick...
