had a vacation home for sale out here, not much interest. About ready to pull the plug and just rent it out again; and an acquaintance called and said "hey we're evacuated because of the fire, do you still have a house for sale?" Worked out nicely for the both of us. He will own a getaway home/vacation home closer to where he grew up and I will no longer have the headache of owning it.
These fires happen every year in different areas do they not?

Yes! Researched to 1800’s.. same deal , lightning starts at Lake Berryessa.

Well two more thief’s caught by CHP. Tried passing a forged AG permit and the officer caught it. They were in possession of lock picking devises, burglary tools, stolen articles and Meth! It’s a good thing they got caught.. it will not be tolerated out here! Backhoes galore!

I don't think those city folk have a firm grasp of rural America's resolve. They watch too much TV and tolerance toward rioters. An eye for an eye and responsibility for your actions can be pretty stringent at times. No colored AG to bail them out.

The West Coast is blazing! Just spoke with Moe in Oregon, same deal - fires all around and evacuating areas. Jesus this is nuts! Talk about straining resources.

Moe is right. Fires almost everywhere in the western half of the state from border to border.
Most of them were not started by mother nature.
There have been some arrests already made and a person with a dog in a green SUV was spotted starting 2 fires today. The loggers were there in the vicinity doing fire watch and saw the guy light them off. They had their hands full getting both fires out before they could spread.

Wish they would have got some Logger Justice! Find out if and who these clowns are tied to then make a highly publicized example.
