Altronics Inc now offers two PowerLite 16‑volt lithium batteries: the Pro Series and the Standard Series.

PowerLite Standard Series. At $899, The Standard Series delivers the same BMS protection and safety features in a slightly larger enclosure and weighs about one pound more than the Pro Series. Capacity is 20Ah—just one amp‑hour below the Pro Series—while still providing similar cranking performance.

After two years of field testing, the Standard Series has shown excellent results and comes with a 1‑year warranty.


PowerLite Pro Series batteries are proudly built in the USA using premium LithiumWerks (A123) LiFePO₄ cells, known for their unmatched cycle life. power, and reliability. Each pack includes a full‑protection BMS with onboard status LEDs, giving users real‑time visibility into battery health.

We’ve been building these packs for over a decade, and many of the units produced 10 years ago are still in service today—performing at roughly 95% of their original capacity. Their true lifespan is still unknown because they simply haven’t worn out yet. The Pro Series also includes an industry‑leading 4‑year full replacement warranty (never pro‑rated).
