| How long does it take to clean up 5 inches of snow down there? I imagine you don't keep the fleet of equipment that we do up here.

| Has anyone figured the DA of this kind of weather? Gotta be impressive! If it helps, we set back out heat at night to 57 in our house. I'm hearing that the grid is running low on juice down there.

I heard about the rolling blackouts, but I think all of Grapevine has been without power since like 3am. Hotel is doing what they can, and I’m not complaining. We’ve had cold beer and a hot breakfast this morning. Had a local friend deliver some more beer and bourbon a little bit ago. Worst part of the ordeal is that we have no car and every door dash order gets cancelled.... at some point the bourbon will win. It will win quicker with no food. Ha! All jokes aside, I’m making due here at the hotel. Travel is always an adventure. If there were never any issues than anyone could do it. I enjoy dealing with the issues and challenges along the way.

| Man that is mine shaft! I feel bad for mikey and others without power. I heard part of the power problem is wind turbines freezing? Man the wind was right out of the north blowing on the shop doors today. The temp never really rose while we worked out there. I left the sink water dribbling pretty good as it is the one I have that will freeze.

I know right? I am not going to complain about this cold spell because most of the Winter here has been 70* highs and 49* or so low temps at night. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/"Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. Bucky. Please, don’t feel sorry for me brother. I’m just passing through and actually not having a bad time. I do feel sorry for the folks that live in Texas and even as far south as north Mexico that are dealing with this in real life. I’ve got some good friends in Mexico that have been without power for 24 hours. They seem to be making it work, but I know it is new to them.

My uncle in Kerrville posted this morning it was 7 degrees and they had no power.
