See there enda throwing childish comments is easy. now want to try something a little harder? No I don't mean the same hard things you did as alter boy. Is that why you are obsessed with broke decks?

I just think after 8-10 years of building a car, at some point you gotta make some runs. Plenty of people on here continually give good advice for you just to come up with fairly lame excuses for not racing.

You seem to think being called not a bracket racer is an insult. Doesn't mean a thing. No more than being called POS ******* does to you edna. I never cared about running on a team anything. Never cared about track points when first ran brackets. Nothing wrong with it just not as high on fun meter to me,

I have made runs in it. Nothing to get excited about. Few had a shake, and a few knocked tires off at hit. Most are spread out with a bunch of changes between them. Non in a bracket race . Mainly haven't been excited about running a bracket race. Any time excited about running it it rained out or was 95*.
. Now if it had a screw blower or 95% load and 4 disc clutch I would have been out every time I could fill the tank and make a run.

Nothing about this post asks opinions other than how many fuel injected cars you think run compared to carburetor cars.

First there is a Ignore feature and you can block anyone you want so you won't even see the blocked persons posts! But you chose to read and reply, don't lie, you know it's true. Cool

Second, this post is asking what other racers think the injection vs carb ratio is, that's an opinion dude! No racer has a score card in their back pocket! All of your posts ask this or that and 99.9% don't apply to bracket racing topics.

Last, use spell and grammar check before you post! Ya,, we all aren't spelling and grammar experts, but you take the cake for sure.

I'm sorry but I gotta agree.

Again all are welcome to an opinion. Although I find it hard to see point considering most say nothing about me making stuff or what my parts are from. Now when told how to do something to them that does not apply to them or possible with them. Most of the time it was about something else.Prime example this thread, the mfi pressure and fuel injector size. Non asked anything about my car.

Money for enty is not an issue and dial-in board is on the way. Then I do not remember asking for advice on what to buy or what to spend money on.

Again nobody has to click on any post that does mot interest them. Personally, I never click on carb threads for that reason.

There we go again stating we are all welcome to an opinion, but you state on all posts -
"Your first mistake was thinking your opinion made a d a m n"

For the record, 824 views and only 3 votes on your poll to date! Great tread...

You need to seek professional help soon. Wink

As long as we are going to claim facts about another member.....Although w/o runs a combo that is unusual in bracket racing, that's kinda what makes our sport interesting. If we ALL ran cookie cutters, there would be significantly less innovation and improvement to be seen. We run two dragsters that are unusual combo's in bracket racing, and they work. Well, one works very well and the other is struggling with reliability issues when pushed to its limits. Growing pains that a lot of folks feel when they try to play in the 6's. I accept that there are other proven ways to write checks into the 6's and I'm not into those ways.

Secondly, factually speaking, w/o IS a bracket racer. From my reading, the only races is competes in are bracket races. Regardless of how often or seldom he competes in them or even his success level (being new to bracket racing), he's a bracket racer.

To answer the survey is harder than the survey leads on. The results are VASTLY different between classes. MANY street cars are running factory EFI obviously. Many no box cars are carb'ed. The carb is simple and cheap and perfect for those who want something to bolt on and run. A caveman can do it.

In Top/box, I see more parity. But less MFI in recent years. I used to see almost half of the cars in this class running mfi locally. It's less than 20 percent now. It tends to be a good bit more expensive than a carb. Now efi in top is rare. I think we have the only two cars locally running efi. Maybe the only two efi cars on alky at our track. The efi expense is FAR greater and even more so with alky. There is a learning curve and you have to have some electronics, wiring and software ability. That said, we have had really great experiences with efi on alky in bracket racing. But there are more things that can and have gone wrong. So we have had to work on reliability, which is now about as good as any carb on our cars. It has taken some work and some patience though. And the tuning is much more complicated when you are dealing with a table and adding boost little by little to a combo. That said.....my son is cutting his teeth in his very low 5 second, mostly stock physical ls engine dragster combo. Driver is getting better every race as is the car. He goes rounds even to the quarters so far, in a car that we have a very low dollar investment in overall.

Lol!!! You ain’t bracket raced in years and when you finally did last weekend, you come out with two first round losses in a row including a .200 light!!! Excellent performance!!!

On topic,
Al, the points standings are similar to a scorecard. Looking at Lebanon Valley, 4 out of the top 10 have Ron’s injection. Perhaps you can do the same for Epping and report back.

Bucky, curious why you say MFI tends to be a good bit more expensive than a carb? Are you comparing gas carb to alky mfi or alky carb to alky mfi?

as to my .200 light, when I staged I was distracted by an event in the car, NBD. bought back and won then paired up with the same guy 2md round that was the beneficiary of my 1st round light and I ended his day. Overall very happy with my lights competing in TOP for the first time ever.

Now back to this redneck illiterate idiot ain't a bracket racer nor his POS a bracket car and another of the many

exactly edna . NO ONE CARES WHAT YOU THINK

. Seems the great bracket racer with highest dollar parts can not win around in same car his kid does win in.

Guessing hard to blame the car.

A shame somebody with so many toys feels so inadequate and can only feel better about himself if he puts everyone else down.

If being a bracket means being any form of similar to edna. I am gladly not.

Read carefully edna. It is not insult to be called not a bracket racer and being hated by you is highest compliment you can give someone.

Calling car a pos while being the biggest POS on forum means Nothing. Of coarse if only thing you can build is hemorrhoids' I can see why you think anything someone builds instead of buys is a POS.
I have said before you are the king of shyt that is for sure.
