A socialist would not move out of Ca. It’s too easy for them here. I’m tired of paying for losers! It’s not the racers you have to worry about. Well maybe some!

New California proposed vehicle mileage tax , .04 per mile. Current regular gas (at Costco) where I live - $4.69 per gallon. The cost to drive from my house to San Diego $14.36 ($71.80 each week). That would come to $3,733 a year plus the $435 to register the car. Not included was the monthly car payment.
Who does NOT pay the road tax.....anyone with license plates from other states. San Diego Gas and Electric converted their fleet of vehicles to come from Arizona. Citizens can not do that.

Prepare to be disappointed. They gravitate to Austin and that is the epicenter of liberalism for Texas. It is also the capital where the laws are made. No need to try and dominate the state wide vote, win what elections you can, lobby and saturate the bureaus. Oh, let us not forget the immediate illegal incursion.

But how long will the parking last? Just till the goods get delivered then what? Thanks

How about this, you STFU and go hide in the corner until your notified by your higher ups on the boob tube, of your next scheduled injection.

Amazon, UPS, Swift and a couple of others have a lot of surplus equipment that has to be stored somewhere. The raceway has a lot of acreage and it's a hell of an income stream during off season and between big races.
Drag Racing in Southern California will never be the same as it once was. We now have two choices, Irwindale 1/8th mile or Barona 1/8th mile.....period. If you want to continue drag racing take your pick.
I classify Bakersfield as "Central California" not "Southern California". It's 272 miles from San Diego (through Los Angles) to Bakersfield. I can handle one or two Divisional events at Bakersfield but certainly not every weekend and never during the summer.
Most of the guys that I have spoken with are considering selling off all their racing equipment and quitting. I have no plans to renew my NHRA license and membership, why would I?

Its bad there, I see. You have to mask up, bfore going out again, ad on top of that, the generator for your trailers will soon be illegal to use, anyway. I feel for you guys out in Commifornia.
You have to put in the effort, to get anything out of it.

The current proposal is, beginning in 2028, new gas generators will not be able to be sold in CA. Existing ones will still be usable (and you can always make a trip to AZ or NV and buy one).
and, let's be honest, if it's being proposed, it's as good as passed...
