I understand that Wild Horse Park (Phoenix) is requiring everybody has to wear a mask inside or out whether you are masked or not.

I'm assuming they mean crew unless they have lowered the driving age.

I just watched NASCAR Busch Lite Clash on TV last night at Los Angeles Coliseum, 60,000 fans and not a mask to be seen on fans nor competitors. What is different at Pomona?

Lawsuit in our state against the governor has put a stay on the mask mandate. Don't know how long it will last but hopefully until end of school year.

My son is perplexed at school today. Most of the kids are still masking. The district put a letter out saying they can't enforce it, but requesting that everyone stay the course of masking. It's like a lot of kids are so conditioned, they can't wake up.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Like I said its almost as if someone in CA govt has some axe to grind with NHRA. Maybe not enough pockets lined sufficiently

AS for Wildhorse its an Indian Reservation and they can do whatever they like, sovereign status and all. They can do whatever they like and most seem to adopt the masking rule.

What group of people to more easily dominate that Indian's. They are a product of the government plantation so they are well conditioned. The sad part is, this relatively small segment of society, doesn't have the leadership to assure it's people freedom of choice. Follow the money.

So this pops up today. They have not had the mask mandate at the races that have taken place there already this year. Just for the national, makes a guy wonder if NHRA has something to do with it....

If I am following along correctly, the earlier post said Pomona would require masks for anybody over 2 years of age, as does the Wild Horse Pass flyer. Quite a coincidence if both local jurisdictions have the exact same policy, so yes, one wonders if this is NHRA BS.

So, I'm not from Cali. Is the LA Coliseum not in Los Angeles County too? NHRA says these are LA County Dept of Health Guidelines.

But again, it's suspicious that the EXACT SAME guidelines apply on the reervation.

State of California mask mandate is over on 02/15/2022. So why is the "hold my breath" mayor of L.A. requiring masks still?
