Just got home from a two week road trip. 2 tracks, 7 opportunities. I made enough to cover my fuel expenses for the SEASON is that a major score too? Laughing Hard

I'm driving to work this morning and it is a new month.
Every station is up at least 50 cents a gallon.Cheapest I saw was $5.699 at the Speedway.
But this is actually nothing compared to my nearly $6,000 repair for the transmission that went out in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado over the weekend.

Again, it's really no concern to me, it is what it is. That said, I'm certain regionally, gas station owner/operators are price gouging and/or price fixing.

Yes! Funny when I go into town and every single station, no matter brand, has the same price. I know that somewhere between my oil well and my gas tank someone is making a bundle.

They test everything in California first.

Scientifically test and analyze the reactions of their subjects.

I've seen lots of signs like that. I don't understand. How could the mid grade and premium be only a few cents more?

I dunno this is from CBS Los Angeles saw on FB.

Gas prices in Southern California continue to rise to all-time highs, with this gas station on the corner of Alameda Street and Cesar E. Chavez Avenue surpassing the $8 per gallon mark.

Everything always happens in California first for scientific studies.

When it takes 54% of income to survive, riots break out.

Supposedly this is the established breaking point for people.

I just read the Cesar E. Chavez life story on Wikipedia. It's worth a read, and it is incredibly appropriate that these ludicrous fuel prices are on a street named after him.

They think he may have died from a hunger strike. Weird place we're all inhabiting currently.

Twilight Zone.

We will be going only to races with multiple races in a weekend and larger payouts. Got a W at the GallStar TV BracketFest and paid for a couple years of racing expenses, a couple weekends ago.
The ol S10 is a tough out right now.

Good luck to everyone and PLEASE encourage people you to vote the Democrats outa here!

Mine's parked indefinitely.

individual finances. I can afford to go every weekend. But I will not. There are more important things to spend money on.

Closest major race track is 350 miles one way.
