I guess I just refuse to be labeled. I don't blindly follow any one fanatic idealolgical alignment. It's too much like religion, "either believe everything we do or your not part of us". Theres not one party in politics that I would be a Lemming of. Sheeple that follow some fanatic assembly of people to the edge, just because of some idealogical dream, will never be of use as managers of our country.

Most, no all, politicians worry about nothing other than being re-elected for all the rediculous fringes that are built into the Washington scene. Our current system, beit the best on Earth, is seriously flawed in allowing individuals the ability to make a career of being re-elected, instead of doing what's right for everyone instead of what's wanted by a fanatic base.

I can honestly say I don't care for this current version of the health care reform. Does that make me a right wing conservative? HELL NO! Does believing every law abidding citizen of the USA deserves health care make me a left wing liberal? HELL NO! There are any number of people who live their lives according to most CONSERVATIVE beliefs and yet, due to a misguided ideology, will support some scum bag politician that talks a good game and goes and votes for policies directly contrary to what these people purport to believe!

I guess the rest of the world better get on the same page as you Bill. Last I knew if you were called right wing, rebublican or conservative it all ment the same thing. I bought a new Chevy Avalanche
and returned to the dealer yesterday
because I couldn't get the radio to work.
The salesman explained that the radio was voice activated.

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama said he doesn’t “begrudge” the $17 million bonus awarded to JPMorgan Chase & Co. Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon or the $9 million issued to Goldman Sachs Group Inc. CEO Lloyd Blankfein, noting that some athletes take home more pay.

The president, speaking in an interview, said in response to a question that while $17 million is “an extraordinary amount of money” for Main Street, “there are some baseball players who are making more than that and don’t get to the World Series either, so I’m shocked by that as well.”

Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama said he is “agnostic” about raising taxes on households making less than $250,000 as part of a broad effort to rein in the budget deficit.

Obama, in a Feb. 9 Oval Office interview, said that a presidential commission on the budget needs to consider all options for reducing the deficit, including tax increases and cuts in spending on entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare.

“The whole point of it is to make sure that all ideas are on the table,” the president said in the interview with Bloomberg BusinessWeek, which will appear on newsstands Friday. “So what I want to do is to be completely agnostic, in terms of solutions.”

Obama repeatedly vowed during the 2008 presidential election campaign that he would not raise taxes on individuals making less than $200,000 and households earning less than $250,000 a year.
